It was a great house to hang out and relax. Lots of fun house options like pool, ping pong, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge. I would recommend! Location was also excellent.

Host was very responsive when I had questions leading up to the stay. We didn’t have any issues while we were staying on the property so I had no need to reach out to them otherwise! House was amazing! Everything was exactly as described and we had such a wonderful time! The only thing we were looking forward to using that wasn’t clean were the cold plunges. Although they had said someone usually comes during the week to maintain those, so I’m assuming that was just because the scheduled cleaning for those didn’t happen between the previous guests check out and when we checked in.

If I could live in this house forever, I totally would. It had everything we could’ve wanted—cold plunges, a hot tub, sauna, and pool. The kids were obsessed with the arcade (we barely saw them!), and the kitchen was amazing. We grilled dinner one night and just hung out as a family—it was perfect. Everything was super clean and beautifully designed. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Can’t wait!

Nice property. Great location. Place was clean (always a top priority). Amenities were a little overkill. At least for us. Problems. Check in was awful. Codes to lock boxes didn’t work. Only got in because a door was left unlocked. In my opinion, every rental should have a keypad. It’s secure and code is easily changed. When we finally got in the lockbox, there were three keys to keep up with. Plus one sliding door didn’t lock at all. That’s a safety concern, especially with the 100s of people walking around due to ACL fest. Please put in a keypad lock!Second issue was the oversized bed-frame in an upstairs bedroom. It left very little room to walk around in the room, especially for 85 year olds. Very impractical. Hosts were VERY responsive and helpful, which we greatly appreciated!! Would rent from them again.

Thank you for your feedback, Kristine. We’re truly sorry that your experience was impacted—this was an unfortunate and highly unusual circumstance. We follow a 118-point cleaning checklist and have a trusted pest control team that services the home regularly—they confirmed this was a fluke and have fully addressed it. We did our best to respond quickly and appreciate your patience. We pride ourselves on five-star stays and regret that this one fell short.
