Welcome to the natural beauty of Southern California at Marriott's Newport Coast Villas. Enjoy your spacious villa overlooking the Pacific with easy access to the beach, Balboa Island, Fashion Island, and Knott's Berry Farm. Resort activities are available, including tennis and basketball, an onsite putting green, three outdoor pools and a modern fitness center. Rent a bike and explore Newport Coast, BBQ some lunch and enjoy a picnic with the family, schedule time for a massage at the luxurious spa, or enjoy an alfresco meal at La Vista Pool Bar & Grill.

This two bedroom villa sleeps eight and features a king bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (separate walk-in shower and jetted tub). The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa for two extra guests. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination unit and single vanity. The villa equips a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, drip-style coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cookware. Off the kitchen is a washer & dryer for your convenience. The living room features cable tv, a sleeper sofa and a separate dining area for six guests. The property has complimentary wireless internet for guests inside units and in public spaces.

Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and decor may vary.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

Cashless Resort:
There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Please note, not all buildings have elevators, and stairs may be needed to access the villa.

Daily housekeeping is not included. You may add it on at check-in for a fee based on availability.

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our family spring break trip. Our unit was a good size, and having a kitchen is so convenient. The pools were all amazing. The daily activities were well organized and fun. My daughters enjoyed a movie in the theater, and we definitely should have taken advantage of the shuttle to Laguna Beach instead of driving and parking ourselves. My husband and I enjoyed the pickleball courts. This is definitely a place we would come back to!

Best Resort with easy access to Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Disneyland

We love Newport Coast Villas. This was our second time here. The first time we were able to book through Marriott but they must have sold more timeshares in recent years so renting this way is the next best solution and actually saved us some money. What more can I say? Food options are limited on the property but there are a few stores close by and many Door Dash options delivering from Irvine, Laguna Beach, and Newport. Disney is less than 30 minutes away. The view we had from the room was gorgeous which may be luck or the owners status but certainly better than when we rented direct through Marriott. Best vacation with a little bit for everyone!
