A Fine Stay on 30A

Overall the property is nice and matches the description in the listing. It has four bedrooms each with its own full bathroom which was great for our group. There is not a lot of living space outside of the bedrooms though and if you are travelling with multiple families it may seem a little tight. It could use some touch ups and fixes. One of the TV did not work, the back door/lock was very hard to open, and the dishwasher did not work on all cycles. We have stayed in three houses in this neighborhood and I would put this property on the bottom of the list, but it is still a nice home and served us well on our stay.

Great 30a stay

This was our second time staying in the same community and we equally enjoyed the house and amenities of the property. Both our teens and little kids love the pool! Everything was as expected and the house was super clean. The only thing I wish we had more of were bath towels. I had to wash them often but not a big deal. Easy access to the beach especially if you rent a street legal golf cart which we have done both times. The Blue Mountain beach area is a little more laid back and we like that with having a mix of older and younger kids. Seaside, Rosemary, and Alys beach are an enjoyable cart ride down 30a for more restaurants and shopping too. We will be back for sure!

Gillade: Incheckning och plats

Overall beautiful house and location

Overall, the house was beautiful and it was in the perfect location. However, there were a few things about our stay that I was disappointed with. We have been coming to 30A since 2015 and this was our 4th trip this summer. I rarely do reviews, but I felt like a few things needed to be addressed. There were not nearly enough towels. We had to wash towels everyday in order for everyone to have a towel. In addition, the house was not 100% clean upon arrival. There is a a very expensive cleaning fee so I expected a little more. There was sand and seashell all in the laundry room. The dishwasher was full of dishes as well. I didn’t expect to be unloading dishes upon our arrival. It wasn’t the biggest deal, however, I feel like that should have been taken care of before we arrived. The back door handle did not work very well, the TV in one of the rooms upstairs did not work either. Lastly, the sink in the bottom bathroom did not work very well. Again, the house was beautiful and the location was perfect. I was just a bit disappointed with some of the issues based off what we paid to stay there.
