We stayed for a weekend trip to celebrate a family birthday - 4 adults and 1 toddler. The house is beautiful and the overall grounds were equally stunning. The fire pit area by the creek was very relaxing. The overall neighborhood was very quiet.The house is well-appointed with kitchen ware, children's toys and comfortable sofas the living room. Beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed playing games in the game room at night. We had a minor issue with the microwave door locking, and the property management staff responded immediately to offer help. We all agreed that we will come back to this house again!

We celebrated our retirement and could not have found a more perfect and peaceful place! The bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked and an overall beautiful a home. We're already considering another visit!

Loved our stay here. The house was spacious for the 7 in our group, the creek out back with the fire pit was very relaxing and peaceful, and it was great for our small dog. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and other games, as well!

We loved it! It was clean, toys for the dogs, kitchen was fully stock with everything you would need to cook or bake which we didn’t but they had it! We hope to book again.

Perfect stay for family

The location was beautiful and close to skiing at Timberline. Kids enjoyed coming home to the hot tub. Being able to do laundry and cook meals helped us keep travel costs down. Thank you!!

Great Snowy Getaway

We had a lovely time at the Blue Coconut. It was very clean and cozy. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the games in the garage. The hot tub was wonderful to be in with the snow surrounding us. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect getaway

I love this property! The decor was adorable. Very clean and organized. The hot tub was a huge plus. The creek, the fireplace…everything was as advertised. Thank you for a great weekend.

Perfect Getaway

The home was very very clean and on a lovely piece of property. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. Stream out back was so peaceful and wonderful for the little ones to jump around in. Adults enjoyed hot-tub. Look forward to another visit to Mount Hood.

Family Getaway

Enjoyed three nights with my son and his family! Beautiful, well-appointed home and very comfortable. Perfect bedroom setup for us, with grandkids ages 8 and 4 year old twins. Kids especially liked the creek and I liked the sound of the water in the creek so close to the house. Great weekend getaway and only 30 min from home!

Beautiful setting/clean property

Overall great experience. Very clean property. Definately a rental managed by an agency so more rules and fees than family home sharing. I love staying in Rhododendron and will stay in this home again! For those that care, I felt like the hot tub was more private than other homes I've rented which was a huge plus!

Great Quiet Escape

Blue Coconut was a great spot for our get away weekend. Unknkowingly tucked away this home was perfect to enjoy the small creek out back, spacious deck and amazing hot tub where we enjoyed soaking while taking in the thunderstorm. The home amenities were plentiful - games, needed items in the kitchen, a great room perfect for hanging out all within a well decorated and taken care of home.... We will totally be back!

House was as advertised and was beautiful! The only thing I would mention is that we were missing dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and no hand soap in the bathrooms, after reaching out they delivered a starter pack, but we were immediately told this is a starter pack only and we would need to purchase these items on our own past the starter kit. Which as 1oz of dish soap, 2 laundry tabs and 2 dishwasher tabs, this tiny amount felt cheap and petty. We had half a roll of TP in each bathroom, with no back ups. This set the tone made it feel more like hotel instead of a home. The house is beautiful and property was serene, but little things like that make a big impact on feeling welcome. I should not have to go out and purchase extra cleaning supplies or laundry detergent to do an extra loaf of laundry. Also, note that the check out is early at 10:00 am and is not negotiable.
