Denna 2 master bed 2 badrum lägenhet har en fin utsikt över den vackra Desert Princess Golf Course medan de är undangömda tillräckligt för att undvika golfbollar. Med utsikt över bergen i bakgrunden, kommer du att sitta på uteplatsen avkopplande och utsikt över en frodig grön golfbana, med fontäner med vatten i banan sjön. Om du också håller dig i form är Desert Princess Country Club and Resort platsen för dig. Förutom golfen, kan du också cykla i resortsskyddade anläggningar. Det finns också tennisbanor i klass A, en picklebollplan, racquetballbanor, många simbassänger och varv, och en förstklassig expansiv fitness- och viktsanläggning. Relaxing stay with beautiful views

Bill is a warm and attentive host. Every aspect went smoothly. The unit is comfortable, clean and close to a lovely pool. We enjoyed a golf lesson at through the pro shop and stunning rounds on a beautifully maintained course.

This unit worked really well for us as we have a relative that lives in the complex. We also like how close it is to the hiking we enjoyed in the Morongo Preserve and the Indian Canyons

Great place!

Check-in was super easy, the property was very clean and spacious. I loved the outdoor area that overlooks the golf course and a mountain in the background. Highly recommend!

Great Long Weekend

This was the perfect place for us. Our favorite spot was the back patio enjoying the weather and watching the golfers. We had some very high winds which drove us inside, but the sofas were comfy as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and both bedrooms and both baths were spacious. The Desert Princess property is beautiful and the location is about 15-20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. We were able to easily and quickly get anywhere we wanted to go. Bill was quick to respond and was great to work with. If you are looking for a designer decorated property with high end appliances, you will be disappointed. But if you want a comfortable stay with everything you need in a great location, look no further.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

Thank you so much! We had an amazing time relaxing in the condo, enjoying the patio, and going for a dip in the pool. The beds were comfortable and overall it was a wonderful place to stay, conveniently located near Downtown Palm Springs and grocery stores!

We would definitely return to this condo!

Enjoyed our stay at the Desert Princess condo! It had everything we needed, the views were great. The owner was accommodating to our needs, and was very pleasant. Would definitely stay in this condo or other condos by owner.

Comfortable and convenient

The condo is comfortable with everything you need. Bill is a gracious host and quick to respond to questions/concerns. 34 pools allow you to choose your view and privacy. Close to Palm Springs for great hiking, dining and entertainment.

Top Notch and Hassle-Free Accommodation

Our 4 night stay had so much going for it: a clean, nicely laid out spacious unit, and in a great location convenient to lots of activities in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert/Cathedral City area. We especially appreciated the fact that the bed and pillows were just right to give us a great night’s sleep after our 9 hour drive. The proximity of one of the many pools and hot tubs was a real plus, located just a brief walk out from the back patio. We would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for care free comfort on a beautiful golf course.

Loved staying in a country club!

Loved walking out of the condo every morning and feeling the grass under my toes in the sun. The pool is 50 feet away. The tennis facility and the morning clinics were great. It was also fun to eat at the clubhouse!

Private and quiet

Bill was easy to communicate with, .checking in and checking out was simple too. We felt like we had a private pool and Jacuzzi as no one else was there. We liked the lay out of two master suites on opposite wings of the house. We would go back as it was quiet and peaceful.

My stay.

The place was neat and comfortable, and furnished with all the amenities one would need. Out the back, is what we considered to be the best bocce court you could ask for. 😊 We had a couple of minor problems, but Bill had them fixed quickly. Overall, the place was great and we would definitely rent it again. 👍

The property is fantastic, right on the 5th hole of the lagos course at the Desert Princess Resort. Beautiful view of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the place is stocked with everything you need. The owner Bill was super accommodating and got back to me quickly anytime I had a question. 3 great 9 hole golf courses on property, the clubhouse was nice to grab a bite and a drink after our round. The pool and hot tub are right next to you and we had them to ourselves the entire week. Lots of movies and books to choose from, cornhole and bocce ball. Many other golf courses nearby, casinos close by too. We had a fantastic time at Bill's condo.

Wonderful month at Desert Princess!!

We just finished a wonderful, relaxing time at Desert Princess!! Our host, Bill, is so easy to deal with and will quickly respond to any and all questions or concerns. This was our second time renting from Bill as he owns three condos there. Both places we stayed of Bill's have wonderful views with no worries about stray golf balls. This as very important not only for us but for our visiting grandkids! I also appreciate that Bill stocked both places with bean bag toss game, bocci ball and board games!! Both places are close to pools without them being right in front of you which could get rather noisy. Kitchen appliances need updating but beds were very comfortable and couches were new looking and comfy!! All in all a super place to stay, relax by the pool, read, golf, hike, bike, shop and have happy hours on the sun deck outside. Alexis from Vancouver Island, BC

Very Outdated and in need of a good cleaning

We were very disappointed, the condo was very outdated, many cobwebs, and needed a good cleaning. I wonder if there is a towel shortage in Cathedral City,? We had only one bath towel for each bathroom and one kitchen towel. The kitchen range and microwave are in need of an upgrade, the dials are so worn you cannot read them. On the other hand, the outside is beautiful and the the golf course is great.

Fire the Cleaning Crew!

Nice condo and great location near downtown and access to freeways. The cleaning crew did the kitchen and bathrooms only. Maybe a vacuuming. No paper products...tissues, napkins, paper towels extra TP etc. The dust and dirt on night stands and tables was pretty disgusting. Check out the stereo and surrounding bookshelves, they were really dirty. Despite all this we see how you can love your vacation home. Thank you for letting us enjoy it too. Just can't imagine where the $135 cleaning fee was spent. Nancy Jamison

I purchased my first condo in Desert Princess in 2013. I really love the desert overall, but the DP resort is an absolute gem. I love the community and all the people associated with it. It has been a wonderful experience to be able to share my properties with others, and I always get a nice compliment on how beautiful it is, and how much of a relaxed atmosphere the resort provides for all of my guests. I have met many wonderful people, and that has been a great joy over the years. I look forward to more acquaintances to come, and I hope you can be one of them.
