Vår lägenhet i Brianwood-komplexet ligger på gångavstånd till Quad Express Giant Steps Ski Lift på Brian Head resort för skid-in / ski-out åtkomst. Det är också bredvid den nya Brian Head sjön / dammet som gör en fantastisk rekreation plats på sommaren. Brian Head är en av de mest barnvänliga skidorter vi har varit i och våra barn älskar att spendera tid här. Sjön är staplad med öring på sommaren och gör det till en bra fiskeplats.

Du kommer att älska de bekväma sängarna med fina nya madrasser, nya smarta TV-apparater, mysigheten, fullt utrustat kök, högt i tak och fantastisk utsikt. Vi har en vedeldad eldstad och en fjärrstyrd infraröd en i vardagsrummet. Vi har 1 kung, 2 drottningar och 2 enkelsängar med tre fulla bad och rymmer 8 personer men upp till 9 med soffan.

Brian Head ligger bara några miles från Cedar Breaks och cirka en timme från Bryce Canyon National Park och ungefär en och en halv timme från Zion National Park.

Brian Head erbjuder även snöskoter- och terränguthyrning och erbjuder ett antal fantastiska mountainbikespår.

Efter en fantastisk dag i sluttningarna eller i en av nationalparkerna återvänder du till ditt "hem hemifrån." Värm upp vid spisen när du beundrar den hisnande utsikten, eller bara koppla av i de bekväma, mysiga, helt nya sängar (och madrasser), medan du njuter av en av våra fyra SMART-TV-plattor med all underhållning till hands. kabel-TV till Roku till Netflix och mer. Not the best

Pros: location...everything is walkable and close to pond and park.Cons: clearly needs some TLC ans updating. Couch is ripped, missing knobs on stove and light switches, not the cleanest, poorly stocked kitchen/dishes/pots, not super clean, bathroom drawers just fall off track, dishwasher isnt bolted down, random fridge in living room.Has great potential if some money and updating was done. I won't be staying here in the future.

Great stay, can't wait to return

The property was perfect for us. The space was ample for my family of four. I think another small family could easily fit. The beds were pretty comfortable, the TVs were fully functional and the warmth in the condo was acceptable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this cozy condo again.

Great condo

We love going to Brian Head. Our family has been going here since the 80s and still love it. Came up with my wife and kids and a brother with his kids (they stayed up the road). This was one of the best VRBO places we've ever stayed. The 3rd floor is a bit of a hike, but not a problem for us. The condo was great with plenty of room. This is probably the first time at all the places in Brian Head where we didn't have constant problems with WIFI, which was a really nice surprise. Ski In/Ski Out would have been nice, but we found we needed a vehicle each day anyways, so it didn't change our access to the mountains. Would be excited to stay here again. Will look for it when planning next years trip.

Has a new fridge!

I’ve stayed at this property several times, and it’s always been a pleasant experience, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere feels like a home away from home. In the past, there was a bit of an issue with the fridge, but I’m thrilled to see they’ve now upgraded to a brand-new one! Every stay here seems better than the last. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Great location, very clean.

3 bedrooms/3bathrooms gave us plenty of room! Clean condo & well stocked. Just a short walk to the tubing area by Giant steps & a short drive to the kids ski school. Would definitely stay there again!

Great value

Have stayed here twice now with my family and would definitely stay again.. Great value and spacious accommodations. The upstairs bedroom is a perfect private space for our teenage boys to hang out. Might be a little dated but can’t beat the location and ample space. Fridge was not working when we went but looks like it is being fixed. Host is very attentive and responds quickly. I would recommend Savi’s place 👍👍

Great Escape!

We stayed here for fall break and really loved it! The house was clean and we really liked the spacious layout. We loved all the fun activities available, such as the playground, sports area, walking/bike path and hot tub. We didn't have time to use the clubhouse, but it looked fun as well. The beds were clean and comfortable. It was a great escape and not too busy in October.

Great place but the fridge did not work

It was nice and roomy for my family. However the fridge did not work and we had to throw out a bit of food. Everything was a bit old like the pots and pans. Nice and close to the resort.

Great location

Condo was roomy and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. Plenty of places to sleep. We took advantage of the hot tub every night after skiing. It is just a quick walk across the parking lot to get to Giant Steps lift. Fantastic.

Excellent location and value

Overall a good stay for the money. It was clean and comfortable. Happy to report there is a brand new full sized fridge.There were a few quirks here and there, but nothing that wasn't overcomable. For instance, halfway through our stay, the front door lock would not accept our code as required to lock from the outside. I contacted the host about this, but never received more than an automated response. Fortunately, we figured out that removing and then reinserting the batteries reset it so we could lock the door. We had to do this each time we left. Perhaps the batteries are running low. Thankfully, we had no issue unlocking. Overall I was satisfied for the price paid. Though there are some improvements that could be made.

Condo in Great Location

The condo is in Brian Wood right in the center of Brian Head with easy access to the sky lifts, Georg's, and the very few restaurants in town. One item I did not see is that the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators which makes it difficult for older people or if you have a lot of gear you need to take up and down the stairs every day. We rented in the summer and the price for the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was great. The condo is older and has 1980s decorations, is quite worn but nothing bad, just nothing new and fancy. Have a great holiday.

Plenty of space

The property is very spacious and conveniently located to ski lifts. It is very dated as far as furnishings but beds were comfortable. The property owner knew refrigerator was out but chose not to tell us until after we arrived. We managed but it was an annoyance that I felt should have been addressed before we arrived. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

I am a healthcare professional with two young kids and we love to travel. All four of us ski and spend some time in Brian Head. We also love the water and beaches!
We are adventurous when it comes to food and like all types of cuisines. We especially like Sea food and any type of spicy food.

Our kids learnt to ski after we purchased a learn to ski package at Brian Head. The instructors and the resort we extermely kid friendly and the snow was amazing. We have been visiting Brian Head for a number of years and decided to purchase

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Brianwood Condominiums are next to Giant Steps in Brian Head resort. The express quad ski lift in Brian head is the only express lift in the 2 mountains. Brianwood is also next to the Brianwood lake/pond. We have been fishing in the summer and the kids love the area. There are areas to light a fire next to the pond and room for volleyball and basketball. There are off road rentals snowmobile rentals at Georges and Thunder Mountain sports. It is a great location to get away from the heat in the summer and short distance from Cedar Breaks, Lake Panguitch, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and the north rim of the Grand Canyon
