Perfectly located between Suttons Bay and Traverse City, M22 Bay View Breeze is a nicely decorated, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large sandy beach across the road—the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunrises and clear night skies.

Upon entering the residence, guests will encounter a spacious living area with a full kitchen and dining space. The entire residence is on a single level, including all 3 bedrooms.

Behind the house, 100 feet of lakeshore can be enjoyed along the pristine waters of West Bay. Amenities such as a fire pit, kayaks, and beach chairs complete the relaxation requirements.

We welcome well-behaved pets and owners who clean up after them.

Excellent Location & Beautiful View

We loved how clean this home was & the location was perfect. The view from the living room window is gorgeous! The beach was an added bonus that we enjoyed everyday. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked as stated. Six adults stayed here for six nights & it was very comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend this property!

Great location with great hosts.

I have used VRBO for a number of vacations and this home met all my expectations. Very comfortable and well equiped. The view of the bay is lovely and be sure to check out the amazing blue spruce in the yard.

Relaxed Stay!

The property was very, very clean and well cared for. It was well stocked with living essentials (Soaps, cleaning products, TP , paper towels, etc) kitchen items, linens, etc. It was in a very good location easily accessible to downtown Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. Very nice beach. It is located on a very busy street (M-22) so if you have small children or pets who easily run from you -you need to be aware of that. Highly recommend property!

Traverse City Weekend Getaway

Amazing view from the house. The private beach across the road was lovely my Labrador enjoyed the most it was fun n relaxing time. The rain spoiled a day for us but we the time we spent at the property. Would love to come back again. Vivek

West Bay House with extras

Family getaway with adult children. Lots of kitchen items, storage & cooking options. Home was clean & tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the private West Bay beach, although the traffic speeding made it difficult to cross the street or get out of the drive at times. Huge backyard. Kayaks were a nice extra, although my very tall family members did not fit well. Would stay here again despite that & would recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space and location. Plenty of room for 6 people. Backyard and beach areas were beautiful! Had a lot of dishes and supply of towels/blankets/pillows. Most things were cleaned well. However, there was a lot of dust on windowsills, fans, and underneath beds. The couch and chair have been used a lot and are kind of hard to get out of, especially if you are older. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house, mainly just for sleeping and breakfast. So it worked well for us.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful and the private beach was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Lake Michigan view.

Felt like home away from home

We had a memorable week at the beautiful property, such a well stocked property with perfect private beach including fire pit and kayaks! Slept great and enjoyed the landscaped backyard complete with gas grill. We would happily visit again.

Vacay by the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Property is in great shape and was equipped better than any other place we have stayed at. Complete with spices, napkins, paper towels, etc...Some feedback. I assumed we would have access to the garage. I know it wasn’t specifically mentioned, but prior places we rented have allowed access. I almost brought our bikes. That wound have been a major hassle. A quick statement saying no garage access would have set my expectations. The ac never got below 73. Either it works poorly, isn’t sized for the house, or the controls are locked down to prevent it. The main reason we rented this property was ac and allowing dogs. We had 2 uncomfortable nights. The ac is enough that we won’t consider coming back.

Loved it

First off the beds were amazing. I have stayed at so many others for work and this one had the most comfortable beds. Loved the little beach area. It was perfect for a nice little relax after a long day. I have learned I am not a kayak person.. lol but if you are then you will enjoy them. All and all it was a great stay. And I 10 out of 10 recommend.

Wonderful experience! We stay up north every summer to visit family and this house was the perfect spot. We loved the kayaks and evenings making smores on the firepit.Great memories were made.
