Spend your mornings and afternoons on our spacious pool deck while in the heat of the afternoons cooling off by taking a refreshing swim, house sleeps 8 comfortably with a large open living & dining room & Kitchen area for lounging and entertaining.
Southern Dunes is very tidy & well groomed community, with all the amenities within minutes from the front security gate, Disney & many Entertainment / Theme Parks are only a 35 minute drive from the community
>Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival.
>Free Wireless High Speed Internet & Satellite cable TV
>Mid stay Housekeeping: can be offered at additional cost,
Community Details
This villa is located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club Community, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
