Möbler har nyligen uppgraderats till 3 King Size sängar med mycket bekväma madrasser.
Detta hem köptes i början av 2015 och helt renoverade. Beläget i gated södra Dunes Golf gemenskap. Nytt kök, golv, pool yta, och sängkläder är bara några av uppdateringarna. Alla bekvämligheter i ett hem ingår. Deck har en stor pool, tak tabell med 55 tums TV, badtunna, propan grill, jaga solstolar. Mer än gott om utrymme kvar. Detta är inte bara en skärm runt en minipool med ett par stolar. Du kan glömma att lämna och njuta av alla attraktioner, restauranger och golf detta område har att erbjuda. Disney World är en kort 25 minuter bort. Clearwater Beach är en stor dag resa och drygt en timme bort. Mannys Chophouse är den perfekta platsen att föra familjen för middag, och är bara några korta miles på vägen.

Excellent stay!

Everything was just as described or better. We had a fantastic stay. House was very clean, everything we needed and more, and the beds were very comfortable. We would certainly recommend and stay here again ourselves.

Great Place to Stay!!

We had a great time staying at the Vrbo on Southern Dunes in Haines City. The property was exceptionally clean and any questions we had were quickly answered by Kris. We will definitely look at staying here again when we come down to visit our relatives who live here.

Nice Place

My family and I were booked to stay here for a little over a week. Everything was great. Check in process was super easy and the house was as described. We did however have to check out early due to Hurricane Milton coming in. Our host was super nice and understanding. Would stay here again.

Nice, quiet community. The house is great equipped and cosy. Beds are comfy. The pool is inviting and the hot tub is very relaxing.

One of the best

We come to Florida twice a year and this was one of the best rentals we have ever been to. Great house, pool and beds. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Good vacation rental

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The pool and house are absolutely beautiful. Only issue that we had was the house was very warm the entire stay. Kristopher was quick to answer whenever I had a question or concern. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location. I would absolutely stay here again

Outstanding

This is the second time we have stay in the villa and it didn’t disappoint again. The new addition of the plush sofas was ideal to chill after having a lovely swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub. There was ample room for 6 adults to have space of their own if needed. Security at the gate was excellent and easy access to the villa. The only little thing is blinds are needed to cover pool doors as was very aware of neighbour opposite at night whilst chilling in living area.

Kris is such a great host, we had a chance to meet him and he is very welcoming. The house was just as stated, very clean and close to alot of amenities. Perfect floor plan for families. This house is very well kept and has everything in the kitchen you need to cook a nice meal.we had plenty of pool towels and had a great time in the pool every day. We highly recommend.

Wonderful house, fully stocked with everything you need. Great location with fantastic golf facilities. Very good responsive owner. The location on this estate means it’s an easy walk to the clubhouse for food and drinks in the evening with great staff working there. Would highly recommend.

Citrus Ridge

Beautiful home with everything needed for a staycation. We never left the home only to shop. The home is slightly small but will sleep 6 comfortably, two to a room. Southern Dunes is directly behind WinDixie & Walmart so there's no need to even deal with traffic. If you're traveling to Disney be prepared & time your departure accordingly. Hwy 27 is a nightmare at peak traffic times. All around we highly recommend Kris & Nancy as great hosts.

Awesome home!

The whole experience was A++! One of the Easiest trips I’ve planned and checkin and check out was flawless. So easy! The owner super nice! House had everything you need. Especially traveling it’s hard to pack all the necessities. Very clean and beds were so comfortable! Beautiful pool area too! We all agreed your definitely 5 ⭐️!

Great Villa, wonderful holiday!

We enjoyed a very busy week at a Disney resort hotel doing the Disney thing, then had two weeks in Haines City for a far more relaxing two weeks visiting Gatorland and other places. We drove up to Kennedy Space Centre and back and whilst at the villa we paid for a night in the Universal Royal Pacific hotel which gives complimentary express passes. A great holiday and excellent host (Kris) with great communication. The Villa was great, patio area, pool and BBQ were very large. Walmart 2 minutes away which was very handy. Beds were comfortable, I’d definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing break.

Fantastic villa and great pool area on a lovely gated community

Very responsive owner. The villa is very well appointed, it has everything you could need or want and good quality. Comfortable large beds and the master bathroom is huge! All rooms have walk in wardrobes and flat screen tv’s. The pool area is big, as is the pool. Lots of seating and tables for outdoor dining and a rattan sofa to sit and watch the outdoor tv. A couple of sun loungers too. The hot tub was a lovely addition and we did intend to use the gas barbecue, but the Florida weather stopped us (rain/storm). The community is gated and is very close to a Walmart, Winn Dixie, Dollar Tree and others. Just across the junction is a Checkers, McDonalds plus other amenities and restaurants. We would recommend the villa and would happily rebook.

Great place to stay

The property is very well maintained and has a good open floorplan for letting everyone in the group stay together and enjoy all the ammenities. The pool was a very good size and the fact it is heated made it great for the fall weather. The hot tub was also great. There was just one hiccup during initial check-in, but response from the owner was immediate and everything was fine from then out. Owner lives nearby and was very responsive. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and there are neighbors houses around the backyard area, but still seems very private at the same time due to the landscaping. We will certainly keep this on our list of favorite places to stay in the Orlando area.

Fabulous home

Excellent facilities, clean and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in. We all enjoyed the big pool and the hot tub was so relaxing after a day at the parks. The only thing that would've been useful would be an information pack with details of what could be recycled, menus for the restaurant at the clubhouse etc and maybe a visitor book. It's not a criticism, just a suggestion, we would be happy to recommend it to anyone.

Easily 5 Stars

Kristopher was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the property! Even showing up in person to help with some minor confusion we had with the hot tub (we’d never been in a home with one, we loved it!) We enjoyed hanging out in and around the pool or just relaxing inside the very spacious front rooms after making home cooked meals in the kitchen. There’s access to a WinnDixie and a Walmart without even pulling back onto the main road. Tons of places to eat nearby if you aren’t in the mood to cook. We will definitely be booking here again if we’re in the area!

Charming house and fantastic outdoor space

My family of four stayed here for almost a week. Our favorite part of the property was the outdoor space. There is a huge screened in patio, including a pool and hot tub. The hot tub seats plenty and worked perfectly. Our kids enjoyed jumping off the higher back wall into the pool and liked playing in the fountain splashers too. The house suites our needs perfectly with three bedrooms and huge beds. The master shower was beautiful though we didn’t like the half glass wall simply because water would get all over the floor. We cooked dinner in the kitchen many nights and ate outside at one of the two tables on the patio. The neighborhood itself was beautiful. There was a nice golf course though we didn’t play. Only downside of the neighborhood is there is no street parking, but the garage is empty so there’s space for three cars if needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was very responsive and a huge help when the power went out for a couple of hours due to a big storm. We would definitely stay again.

Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Place!!

First off - wow. Just wow. This house is a gem, and the pictures do not do this home justice! Kris was an incredible host, and everything we could have possibly needed during our stay, from towels for the pool to every imaginable to needed for cooking and baking was available to us. Our first night we discovered that a previous guest had damaged a Roku device in one of the bedrooms and an HDMI cord in the living room - and Kris was there first thing the next morning to make it right. He was kind and pleasant and even managed to impress our boys with NBA conversation. By the time we returned that evening, everything was in perfect working condition. Being a family of 4 (boys aged 9 and 11), being able to save by cooking and having space to spread out is important. We were easily able to accommodate this, and were able to enjoy pur vacation that much more consequently. And the pool - when the boys discovered that it had a "disco light" at night we had to practically drag them out of it to get to bed and they ignored their electronics for the whole stay (except when driving). If you're thinking about this home for your vacation, do it. I promise that you will not regret the decision. As for our family, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on our future returns. Great mid point location between where the wedding was (Lake Alfred ) and universal Orlando. Hot Tup had way too many chemicals and was unusable. Pool was.clean. Supply’s for ordinary use were lacking. Like Saran Wrap etc. overall it met our needs

This property is located on the main road with a very nice view of the 16th hole from the front window. The deck is a premium piece for this house. Large pool, gas grill, hot tub, and plenty of space to sit out, both shaded and in the sun. Enjoy the big game while having a cold drink outside on our 55 inch TV.
