In keeping with its Victorian Heritage this home preserves its heritage beauty with classic façade and Baltic pine floorboards. The master bedroom and bedroom two feature comfortable Queen beds, while bedroom 3 has 2 King single beds. The home has one full bathroom and powder room for your convenience.

The lounge with its ornamental fireplace is the ideal place for relaxation with a good book or watching a movie.

This home has ducted heating, evaporative cooling ensuring year round comfort. Free Wifi and all linens are provided.
Conveniently located to Chapel and Fitzroy street, the beach, Albert Park Lake and public transport options (trams and trains) with easy access to Melbourne attractions.
Available for short and long term stays.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
