Reunion Resort welcomes guests into a contemporary nautical-themed lobby. The Clubhouse amenities includes a Grab-N-Go market, the Hang Ten Hideaway that is the perfect place for kids with game systems, a large TV and a host of activities, themed events and more, and a Fitness Room. On the second floor guests find Finnn's, a fast casual restaurant and Shark Lounge that is a great place to catch up on game scores while enjoying tasty hot appetizers and drinks.
Outdoor recreation includes: basketball, beach volleyball, sports and tennis courts, and children's playgrounds between others.
This magnificent resort is located at the intersection of Old Lake Wilson Rd. and Sinclair Road, just in front of I-4.

Mind-blowing two-story property with five bedrooms and three full-bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable family sitting area with workspace, dining area for six, cozy living room with Smart TV, and a luxurious master bedroom with a king size bed. Outside, you'll find an open private patio with a sparkling pool, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Plus, the game room with pool, foosball, and air hockey tables provides hours of entertainment.

The second floor of our vacation home features 4 cozy bedrooms. Two bedrooms boast comfortable queen size beds, 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 full size beds, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin size beds. You'll have access to 2 shared bathrooms with bathtubs, and a fully equipped laundry room.

Main Floor: Fully Equipped Kitchen, Family sitting area with Workspace, Dining area for Six, a Living Room with Smart TV, a Master Bedroom with King size Bed, an open Private Patio with Pool, and a Game Room with a Pool Table, Foosball Table and Air Hockey Table.

Second Floor: Bedroom with 2 Full size beds, shared Bathroom with Bathtub, 3rd Bedroom with Queen size Bed, 4th Bedroom with Queen size Bed, another Shared Bathroom with Bathtub, 5th Bedroom with 2 Twin size Beds, and a Fully Equipped Laundry.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.

We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Getting Around:
To help you navigate the area, here are some instructions on getting around:

1. Private Vehicle:
If you have your own vehicle, Reunion Resort provides ample parking spaces for guests. Simply follow the signs within the resort to locate your designated parking area. Please ensure that you adhere to any parking regulations to avoid any inconvenience.

Within Reunion Resort, you'll find various amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, and recreational areas. These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.

3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:
- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
- Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.

4. Rental Cars:
If you didn't bring your own vehicle and prefer the convenience of having a car at your disposal, there are several car rental agencies located nearby. You can arrange for a rental car prior to your arrival or inquire us for assistance in finding a suitable rental service.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

✦ Age requirement:
You must be at least 21 years old to book with us.
