Beläget i Silver Creek, en lugn och pittoresk nya semester gemenskap bara en mil norr om US192 och 12 minuter från Disney Main Gate West, erbjuder vår villa alla bekvämligheter i ditt eget hem och med allt vi kunde behöver oss vid mycket prisvärd familje rimliga priser! Villan har två master sv-sviter med king size-säng och sin egen privata badrum, två drottning sovrum och två rum med två sängar, plus två utfällbara kunna sängar. Det sover bekvämt upp till 14 personer.

Poolen och spa kan valfritt värmas. Lanai och poolen är helt avskärmade för att hålla insekter ute samtidigt som solen och fantastisk utsikt att komma in. Poolen har ett staket barnsäkerhet och grind. 6 Kabel TV och gratis telefonsamtal till USA och Kanada. En Sony Play Station 2 med spel lägger roligare att dina unga medlemmar (bara ta med dina favoritspel). WiFi är gratis också.

Det finns 6 sovrum. En kung master svit, ett drottning sovrum och ett tvåbäddsrum med delat badrum på första våningen. En annan kung master svit, ett drottning sovrum och ett tvåbäddsrum med två badrum på andra våningen. Köket är fullt utrustade. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare, sängkläder och handdukar. Den lokala och inhemska långväga telefonsamtal är gratis.

Vår villa är perfekt för familjer som vill ha nära till många restauranger och butiker i området har att erbjuda men vill vara placerad mellan ensamhet bevarande mark, sjöar och vilda djur. Efter en rolig dag på Disneys nöjesparker eller på golfbanan, vad skulle vara bättre än ett dopp i den privata avskärmade poolen eller koppla av i solstol från Lanai utsikt över den fantastiska bevarande syfte med en drink? Familjen kul kan fortsätt med alla in-dörr spel som tillhandahålls i denna villa.

Great house for a large group!

I had 9 people of which 2 were couples. That made finding a house with more than sleeper sofas a challenge but this house was perfect! Really nice residential location though it takes quite a while to get to the resorts only because of all the traffic lights. Lots of nearby restaurants and groceries. Highly recommend!

Overall not Horrible

There were a few things, minor issues we noticed. The master bathroom upstairs, the toilet makes very strange loud sounds when flushed, the master bedroom downstairs, the bedding smelled like a smokers lounge. The pool wasn’t very clean, as if it hadn’t been cleaned out before we came for our stay.

Love the house over all. But many things as far as condition and cleanliness was left to be desired.

Over all condition of house was good. We loved how spacious it was. We loved how everyone had their own bathroom, and how there was restroom access from the pool area. Great neighbors, no issues with them. Overall we had a great and wonderful stay. We cleaned as much as we possibly could. We did leave garage on curb, eggs and butter in fridge. But upon arrival, we noticed alot of dust and dirt on the floors. We swept many times. Several cupboard drawer fronts were loose or broken. Pool light didn't work. There is a broken/taped window to the master bedroom. We also notice the screens around the pool were torn. There is alot of green on the bottom of the pool. Found apart of a shingle off the roof in the front yard the day before we departed the property.

Overall stay

Although this property is in a great location, we would choose to not return to this property. The floors were not clean upon our arrival, the couches were stained from previous stays, the pool table in the garage was not in working condition. We had issues with our pool heater at the start and were brushed off by property management that it was due to the cool temperatures. Turns out there was a leak and we only got to use the pool on our last day of stay. We could not use the hot tub at all. The owner did her best to help with property management but the service was still lacking. We understand we stayed during the holidays but we still should’ve received better service. It felt like nothing was checked over after the recent tropical storms. We did the best we could to enjoy our trip but a working pool was our priority as we were staying with children. Hopefully these notes are taken for future people that stay at this location.

2/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

PROS: • Easy booking process • Great location CONS: • Home did not appear to be cleaned after last guests vacated • Couches heavily stained & outdated. • Flooring missing between the kitchen and living room. • Missing dishes that we eventually found molded in the dishwasher. • BATHROOMS – THE WORST!!! All of the toilet seats were visibly worn out and changing colors (gray, yellow and off white), so we ended up going to the store to buy cleaning supplies to ensure we were using clean toilets. The showers doors had mold in both masters. One of the bed frames in the downstairs twin bedroom was broken. The towels & sheets needed to be washed. • No broom, dustpan, or mop, so we bought one for our stay. • Windows and the sliding glass door were missing vertical blinds. • Pool area was dreadful. The cushions on the outside lounge chairs were dirty. Cigarette butts were left in the ashtray • Grill was disgustingly dirty. It had mold, grime and what looked like feathers in it. We had no intention of using it anyway, but because it was stated that the grill needed to be cleaned prior to vacating, it was something I definitely needed to mention. (Wish I could post pictures). • Home seemed to get hot until the cooler evening temperatures. It needs 2 units to cool entire home. Overall, I would not recommend this home for a vacation. To the owner - if you are going to rent it out to others, as least make sure it’s something you would want to vacation in.

Horrible

The house is very dirty. Several items in the home are broken. Cabinet drawers falling apart, pool table is really bad. And the pool we were told was clean but was very nasty and untreated. The patio area and grill were both disgusting. It isn’t a well stocked home at all.also everything is outdated and needs to be addressed immediately.

Disgusting

PLEASE PEOPLE READ REVIEWS COUCH STAINS THAT LOOKED LIKE Human Sperm. I wish I could upload the pictures I have. POOL WITH MOLD !!! i was in a rush and trusted the pictures so much that did not read one. UNFORTUNATELY!! Horrible . Disgusting. Come on! I know it is hard to maintain a house after many people coming in and out. But please if you are making money out of it just try to make people want to come back!! And the most depressing thing is that people are renting it. There should be an inspector that goes and check that pool, for real. When we opened the barbecue it was all dirty with aluminium paper and left overs . Towels again disgusting. I was so ashamed to bring my family to that house. And the funny thing is the price is NOT WORTH IT. Nooo We did not even call the owner because it was going to get very bad and in the end no money was going to be refunded. Let’s be honest so we really tried to enjoy our stayed but it was imposible you could not even seat in those Couches.

Stay was okay

Overall the stay was fine! There are a couple things that’s just wasn’t what we were expecting, there was a ln electric short with one of the lamps every time we touched it, it would flicker. There was something white on some of the blanket like they weren’t washed, so we hade to wash the blankets when we got there. The sliding glass door wouldnt stay shut and kept opening.

Needs a little tlc..

It's ok as just a basic stay. The neighborhood is nice and its not a bad drive to the parks, approximately 30min to get from the house into any of the disney parks. The house itself is in need some serious care & repairs. Most windows are missing panels on the blinds, towels and sheets could use being replaced as there are mystery stains on all of them, no dish soap/sponge (I understand they wouldn't provide a full size bottle but at least a small bottle would be appreciated), no extra garbage bags anywhere to be found. Cleanliness - this property is definitely not what I would ever call clean. We opted to not sit on the couches much as they were covered in stains. The house was not clean at all. The property manager was accessible and replied when emailed, although we didn't reach out much during our stay only when we arrived 30 minutes early to ask if we could access the home early. All in all the property did the job but I would say it isnt worth the nightly rate - if they did some repairs and got it cleaned better between stays it would be a different story.

Unclean and terrible customer service

Upon arrival of this residence my party was greeted by unclean surfaces, stained (and possibly moulding) furniture and obviously dirty sheets that appeared to have dried *ahem* human fluids on it. When we contacted the information provided on the check in sheet we were jerked around by the owner, property manager, and VRBO for 24 hours before we decided to quickly book another accommodation on a different platform and enjoy the rest of our vacation. The images are also not accurate, the furniture in the home is different and much older than what is pictured. Do yourself a favor and just skip this listing.

Had a great stay!

Everything was great! The house was very comfortable, all 5 of us fit with no issues. The four bathrooms were a huge plus as no one had to share. The host was very responsive with a couple questions we had early on. Definitely would stay again!

Great holiday

The pool was a fantastic size and was cleaned twice whilst we were there, the kids loved the pool, could do with a few more pool chairs, a couple were broken and quite dangerous. Didn’t use the bbq as it had been left dirty buy the previous occupants. But not an issue. Location was great, nice and quiet in a nice area. About 25 mins to Disney, but Universal and sea world a bit of a trek around 45 to an hour. Beds were comfy, if I have one criticism it’s that the furniture and beds are a bit…..Adams Family. Could do with moderning up a bit. Having said that, if we went back as a group this property would be top of the list
