The location was great; we were able to walk to the grocery store and many restaurants (would highly recommend the Mexican meat market just down the street, it was amazing). Only comment is that there were no hand towels or wash cloths, so if you are used to using those you should bring your own, otherwise the condo was very well stocked with everything you would need.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!Our family had a wonderful week-long summer stay here. The bottom-floor condo was beautifully remodeled, spotlessly clean, and felt incredibly cozy. It offered plenty of sleeping space and was fully equipped for home cooking. The fantastic pool and spa, surrounded by beautiful pine trees and nature, were a huge highlight!The location is unbeatable—we loved being able to walk or ride our bikes to local restaurants, grocery stores, the park, skate park, skating rink, museum, ice cream parlor, and fishing. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful condo and great location

We had a great time here! Loved the decor and the location is easy to get around town. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable and we all had the best night sleep every night. We highly recommend!

Sunshine Village

This was a great property with very comfortable beds. Having bunk beds in one room was so nice that it allowed us to fit all four children. It was very easy to access despite heavy snow with plowed driveways and sidewalks shoveled. The spa is huge and a nice perk after a long day of skiing. We would love to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: a nice 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, perfect place near downtown(restaurants, mountains,lakes) friends and family stayed thanksgiving weekend

Amazing Experience & Wonderdul Condo!

Had a great and wonderful stay in Mammoth, the condo was amazingly decorated and furnished with well equipped all the amenities. I would definitely come back again for future trip. The condo was well walking distance to Vons and all different restaurant nearby. The Mammoth Village is about 30 min walk but well worth it.

Overall this was a good place. Couple of negative things. One was that we could hear everything in the room above us -- the people stayed up late, our kids had somewhat of an issue sleeping because they were super loud. We could hear their phones vibrating through the floor at 4am, 5am, 6am in the Master bedroom. When they walked up the stairs we could hear everything. The second was there's no room in the kitchen to put food, so we had to leave it out on the counters which made it a little extra cramped. Would have loved a shelf or something. Otherwise the place was clean, was the perfect size for our family of 4 and was right near all of the trolley and bus stops. Walked into town a couple of days -- if you have a stroller you have to cross Meridian because the sidewalk doesn't exist on the side of the road that the place is! Checkin was super quick, everything was well stocked and we overall had a good stay! Thanks so much!

very nice although, one of the more expensive places in mammoth. on the negative side, rooms are too crowded with excessive & unnecessary furniture so ends up feeling smaller than it is, fans are set at high speed and don't change. i asked the prop manager how to change it, if there was a remote etc. they never got back to me thus the 1 star rating on communication.

New years getaway

Cannot complain about the property or location. Only thing we were truly disappointed about was that we were there during a blizzard. Although we were not able to go up on the lifts, we experienced a very white holiday. Property was very easy to find and close to everything.

Comfortable clean and convenient location though the interior is rather dark during daylight hours. Well stocked kitchen was appreciated. Need better lighting in 2nd bedroom.

Great rental and accommodated our group well!

Property very clean and updated. Accommodated our group of 10, 8 adults and 2 kids. Would certainly recommend if adults don’t mind bunking up together and sharing space. Beds were comfortable and condo very warm and cozy. Kitchen was adequate-just don’t forget to bring food storage, as when we had dinner leftovers not many containers to store leftovers, I had brought some ziplock containers from previous times renting (other condos) as back ups. Overall a great stay! We got about a foot of snow on the first day and the condo maintenance team did a great job keeping the parking lot clear for driving.
