THE SPACE:
Parkview City Centre Apartment 201 is situated on the second floor, accessible by lift from the underground garage or by stairs and lift from the street.

The large air-conditioned lounge area opening onto a private balcony with a park view offers a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

All air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses, and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a good size ensuite, king size bed, walk-in closet, porta cot for your little one, and a sliding glass door access to the main balcony. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds and closet.

The unit comes with another bathroom and internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven as well as all basic kitchenware. An in-build coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

One allocated parking spot in the building garage is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool and small gym.
