Important Notes
• Windsor Island Resort is a brand new resort; you may see construction nearby.
• All guests over 18 years old are required to register in the gate system.
• Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
• No overnight street parking allowed; violators will be towed.
• Security: Doorbell and garage cameras (outdoor only) record for liability reasons. Disabling cameras may result in eviction.
Additional Services (extra fee):
• Pool Heat: $35/day, request at least 3 days before arrival (pool and spa share one system).
• Grill Rental: $85/week for 3-burner, $105/week for 4-burner (request at least 1 week before arrival). Oil pan required under grill to avoid extra cleaning fees.
Check-In/Out:
• Check-in: 4 PM (no early check-ins during peak season)
• Check-out: 10 AM (no late check-outs)
Guests with later flights can still enjoy resort amenities until departure.
