Fabulous location!

This condo was exactly what I was looking for and as described: amazing location (you can walk to all the beautiful sites), comfortable bed, clean and fresh, well equipped kitchen, affordable option. I would definitely book again!

Cozy little apartment!

We had a great time in Quebec City. The apartment is cute and cozy! Well situated. A short walk to Old Quebec and downtown area. Ivan was a great host. There were issues with the wifi which he took care of promptly. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Ivan!

Great location, Authentic Quebec...

My wife and I came up to stay between Christmas and new years for some Old Quebec City magic. My son ended up tagging along and so we stayed and utilized the apartment for three nights. Ivan was super helpful and prompt with responses. We had a low battery on the door lock and he took care of it quick so we didn't have to worry while being out. The neighborhood is very Quebec. Narrow, somewhat quiet street on the edge of some fun neighborhoods. We Ubered everywhere and paid 13CAD at most anywhere we went.I have nothing negative to add... Ivan is a gracious host and we enjoyed our time.

très bonne location pour visiter Quebec

Points forts de la location : Emplacement idéal pour explorer la ville de Québec à pied. Cuisine bien équipée. Douche de haute qualité. Gestionnaire très réactif à nos demandes. Literie convenable. Points à prendre en considération : Isolation insuffisante par rapport aux bruits provenant de l'appartement situé au-dessus.

I’m originally from elsewhere, but Quebec quickly became home. I enjoy meeting new people, discovering local cafés, and making sure my guests feel welcome and taken care of.
