Welcome to your Villa Princess
Villa Princess is a very large two-bedroom, 2 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SE For Mile cove Eco-Park area in Cape Coral. The home is centrally located with Gulf Access, in close proximity to restaurants, shopping or just an easy bike ride to the Eco Park Area. If you enjoy tranquility, but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 40 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Villa Princess features beautiful airy and modern décor, the two bedrooms are fitting for two couples or a small family with two king size beds.
Princess can fit up to 4 guests very comfortable with this cozy set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and modern design with a great floor plan and glass patio doors that bring in plenty of light when enjoying your vacation retreat.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the fully equipped kitchen with its nook area with views of the outside or the formal dining area with garden views this home is just comfortable and a fantastic home away from home with a great island feel.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: an oversized lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing on the boat dock and watching amazing sun sets.
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing or boat docking.
