Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home, including king beds in each bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, guaranteeing a comfortable night’s sleep for all of our guests.

I love coffee on the balcony and a short walk to and from the sea. This condo is precious and was perfect for our family of three.

What a spot

Quiet area right on the ocean with a wonderful view of the gulf from the balcony. Restaurants and other attractions were only a few minutes drive and the beach was a short walk out the back.

Fall vacation

We enjoyed our time at this property. The pathway to the beach was so beautiful. The condo was clean and had a gorgeous view of the gulf. It was a little hard navigate only one bathroom for four people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a smaller condo on the beach.

It is beachfront.Layout is a little different than I'm used to but that doesn't matter. The location is everything! Very clean.The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable ever ! Beautiful! comfortable ever! The place clean

Loved that there was a restaurant right next door that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Steps from the beach and the beach service for chairs and umbrella were super convenient. Condo was just big enough for our family of four and beautifully updated.

Great Vacation

The condo was perfect. The location was perfect. A great small-scaled condo, quiet and away from the big crowds but close to everything. Communication with management was perfect. The only negative of whole experience was the condo laundry area. The machines were full the whole time (there were only two), laundry sitting neglected for hours...

Musical condos

During our stay of a week we had to change into 3 different condos due to a water leak found just a few hours after check in. The place was very nice about the moves but it was hard packing up and moving over and over

It was unfortunate about the water leak at the complex. The alternative to moving you would have been to cut your vacation short. We did provide that option but you chose to move. Good news is the water leak is repaired!

Beautiful property, the balcony overlooks the beach and being just steps away from the beach was just what we were looking for. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, stocked with everything we needed. The host checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean, has everything you need & reasonably priced. During this past stay we had a maintenance issue but they were quick to come & resolve the issue. My only complaint is the pool is open late but there weren’t any lights on for safety.

We love the ocean view, we love the simplicity of the small complex instead of being a high-rise. We love that it’s not as crowded as further down, and we really appreciate having the umbrella and beach chairs included. we’ve come every year for the past five years and plan to come back in the future. The brown chair in the LR is not comfortable and put pillows to help it, A recliner would be awesome!but Overall Five stars

Reviewer Comments: Stayed here in May just before hordes descended upon Okaloosa Island for Memorial Day weekend...wonderful location at end of Okaloosa that reminded me of the way Florida was back in the 60’s before all the high rises were developed. This second-floor unit had a wonderful view and was so close to the beach...literally just a few steps away. Unit looked like it was refurbished, and the AC unit worked fine.
