Located near our world-famous beach, you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or award-winning restaurants just a block away. The heated** swimming pool and billiards room provide a pleasing oasis after a fun day in the sun.

This property is near Destin, Florida’s main attractions, including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping, and more. The luxurious appointments flowing through Sandgarden will renew your senses. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's restaurant.

Four portable beach chairs are provided in the garage for your convenience.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

The paver driveway and garage can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. The garage space is only available for the golf cart, no automobiles. Additional paid parking is available at Alvins Island beach store located nearby.

No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

**Pool can be heated from October - May for an additional daily fee. You must inform us at least three days before arrival to ensure the pool is heating. The pool can not be heated during summer due to the high temperatures.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase additional amenities.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
