Inside this unit are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an elegant dining area. Also, it is only steps from the community pool, fitness center and barbeques.

The fully equipped kitchen features newly upgraded amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Beside the kitchen is an elegant dining area with enough space for the entire family or a large group of friends. The living room features two plush sofas and an extra-large television. There is a newly upgraded air conditioner and free WIFI throughout. Also, the unit comes with a covered carport and extra guest parking close. Access to the community center grants amenities such as a pool, barbeques and a fitness center. This unit is only accessible by stairs and features a wraparound lanai with views of the ocean and golf course.

The beach is walking distance or a short drive away.

Good value for the money

It is a good value for the money and the price reflects it. Yes, as the previous reviews mentioned, this condo needs updating. You can see it in photos so there is no need to complain about something obvious. It is a spacious unit with a large balcony and awesome views! Convenient location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and A-Bay. We enjoyed our stay :-)

Needs a facelift

This property is located in an awesome spot. Right across from the pool and viewing out over the golf course and to the ocean. Nice. The property itself is very dated. Cupboards are old and a bit smelly. Bathrooms have carpet, even around the bidets, yes that's right bidets. The plumbing fixtures are all old and corroded. Needs a major revamp.
