With uninterrupted sea views from the deck, spa pool and living areas, this is a fabulous family holiday home.
The Space:
Garratt Peninsula is a beautifully presented home with amazing views from all rooms. The open-plan living space leads seamlessly onto a large outdoor deck with dining, sitting area and spa pool. The outdoor area is ideal for taking in the amazing views of the sea and Onetangi Beach. With three large bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a self contained bedroom with bathroom on the lower floor, this house comfortably sleeps 8 people.
Please note that due to the steps the property is not suitable for toddlers or people with limited mobility.
Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - Queen, Bedroom 4 - Double
Please note: An exit clean fee of $350 and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person including beach towels applies to all bookings. Minimum stays: 7 nights between mid December and mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

It is in walking distance of the beach and the popular waterfront restaurants, a local shop is 1km away and it is within driving distance of the many wineries and attractions that Waiheke offers.
Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
