Welcome to Samara Serenity! This very spacious and comfortable villa boasts 2 fully equipped modern apartments and a private pool area. Located just a short walk from town and beach this exceptional architectural home is perfect for large groups and families. Enjoy an abundance of wildlife like hummingbirds & howler monkeys in this small beach town.

This tropical and modern home is nestled in the desired neighborhood of Canto de Gavilanes just 10-15 minute walking distance to beach and center of town, or 2-3 minute drive, quiet and peaceful yet close to everything for you to enjoy the beauty of Samara's relaxing vibe.
When you arrive to Samara Serenity you be mesmerized by the architectural design, open concept kitchens and spacious living rooms with grand sliding doors and windows that create an effortless blend of modern and tropical atmosphere. This home was designed with families in mind making the bedrooms private and large open living spaces where many can enjoy precious time together! The large private pool area with sunbeds boasts both a large balcony and patio area, wonderful for families to spend time together.
Samara Serenity comfortably accommodates up to 14 people in 2 apartments that are identical making this home ideal for large families and groups travelling together. In each apartment you will enjoy 3 stylish bedrooms each with its own A/C, the master bedrooms feature a king size bed, laptop size safe and en suite bathroom. On the upper floor is a queen-size pull-out couch in the living area.
One bedroom in each apartment enjoys a queen size bed with workspace and one bedroom comfortably has 2 twin size beds, perfect for families needs.
Wake up to the sounds of monkeys and birds in this serene and tranquil home.
The large sliding doors in the kitchens opens up to a spacious outdoor patio on the bottom floor and on the top floor you have a large beautiful balcony with BBQ that creates a wonderful feeling of indoor/outdoor living in tropical surroundings overlooking the private pool area. Relax on the balcony or patio surrounded by bamboo and tropical vibes.

I am originally from Sweden but now live in Canada with my husband and 2 boys. We love to travel and absolutely fell in love with Samara, Costa Rica the first time we went!

The neighborhood of Canto de Gavilanes is our personal favorite since it is very close to the beach and center of town yet still calm and peaceful.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Since we have 2 apartments this gives our guests access to so much more if you are travelling with a large group, the apartments are very spacious and comfortable for many, if you rent one apartment you still have your space and private outdoor area, the only thing you share is the pool area! We designed the home together with our architect and put thought and love into every inch of this place, it is our home away from home!
