Vacker 2 sovrum / 2 bad havsutsikt renoverat lägenhet med allt nytt i en liten och charmig avslappnad känna stranden stad.
24 timmars gated security condo med 17 enheter, säker parkering med infinity pool och gott om solstolar. Min enhet ligger på 2: a våningen och ger lugn och spektakulär utsikt. Kort spår promenad till stranden, havet, restauranger och stad. Eller $ 2 taxi från lägenhet till stan. Lägenheten har fiskestänger, 2 boogiebrädor, fotbollar, frisbees, solstolar, strandskärmstak, kylare, strandpåsar. Fullt utrustat kök med granitdiskar, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, 55 "TV med DVD-spelare. King size-säng med nytt badrum. 2: a rummet har 2 enkelsängar med badrum. Massor av garderobsutrymme. Massor av aktiviteter i närheten - för att nämna några - simning, surfing, kajakpaddling, ridning, zipfodring, quad turer eller bara hyra och kryssning, fisketurer, delfiner, cykeluthyrning, vandring etc. Massor av trevliga och lediga strandrestauranger. Fantastisk lokal läkare (Dr. Freddy) om du behöver en, banker, marknader, postkontor, polisstation, souvenirbutiker. Mer om ..... Samara, staden, ligger i Guanacaste-provinsen på norra Stilla havet. Det är ungefär 1,5 timmar från Liberia International Airport (LIR). Köran från flygplatsen ligger längs alla asfalterade vägar, vilket gör det enkelt att nå.
En av de största dragningarna av Samara är dess centralt belägna centrum. Centrum ligger intill stranden och är full av restauranger, trendiga butiker, researrangörer, marknader och andra bekvämligheter. En annan rita är dess omgivande skog och vilda djur. Till skillnad från områden i norr, har tjocka tropiska torra skogar Samara. Du kan hitta djur som apor, iguanor och många slags fåglar.
Samara största attraktion är dess vackra strand. Playa Samara lockar alla typer av resenärer med sina rader palmträd och ljusbrunsand. Du hittar 20-somethings ta en öl vid en av strandbarerna, par promenader i solnedgången och barn som leker i det lugnare havsvattnet. Du kan göra så mycket i Samara - simma, surfa, kajak, zip-linje, snorkel, korta eller långa resor, vandra, hyra quads, häst tillbaka etc. eller helt enkelt ingenting alls.

Wonderful time

An utterly amazing view of Samara beach from front window. Pool was clean and inviting.Very nice people live in condo building. Support staff were very helpful.

Incredible place, location, and view!

Best location ever. 2 minute walk to the beach and nice bar/restaurant. Easy access to restaurants and shops by beach or road, generally 1/2 mile. Best beach we’ve ever experienced! Host was wonderful and very responsive. Condo was beautiful, well equipped for both the kitchen and beach. Fantastic views of the ocean! We will definitely stay again.

Lovely views!

Very much enjoyed our time in Samara...fantastic location! John was great at communicating. Only comment is that the unit could use some TLC...bedside lamps, improved lighting in the living area. BUT the beds were great, air conditioning great...overall a lovely stay.

The condo has gorgeous ocean views, and very clean. John is excellent host and very responsive. He sent everything related to the accommodation, Sámara restaurants, doctor information if needed, directions to airport, etc. It was excellent vacation. We loved it.

Perfect in every dimension for us

We loved this condo for the following reasons:1. Location: Wake up with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and then walk six minutes to the beach;2. Like home: The interior is modern, functional, clean; felt like home. A/C in the main room is a huge plus;3. Host: John was helpful and easy to communicate with from reservation to check-out;4. Property: Samara is safe, but the condo has an added layer of security with a gate and on-site staff. The pool is a great place to cool off and chill; and5. Value: The above features for the price presented what we assessed as the best value in Samara and some of the best in all of Costa Rica.Footnote: The walk back from the beach requires you to walk up some stairs and about 30 metres of inclined road. We loved this as an after dinner walk. However, if you are disabled or in poor health, you might think about renting a car or ATV.

Super Handy Condo

Loved the location with a short walk to the beach or to town. You do not need to have a car. Some good restaurants right at the end of the beach trail as well.

Great place to stay

Really liked this condo. Great view of the ocean! The place was clean, easy to check in, had a lot of small amenities that made the trip better: boogie boards, flashlights, well stocked pots/pans/utensils, beach chairs, etc. Owners has thought of many things to make guests comfortable.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views

Beautiful condo with stunning views of the ocean. Walking distance to town, but we chose to drive given the narrow busy road. Condo was very clean and in great location just slightly out of town on a hill with sweeping views. Well stocked with all kitchen utensils and necessities. Good parking and guarded community. Felt very safe. The condo pool was amazing !!

Sensational Samara!

We had a couple of issues when we arrived but the owner was quick to respond and resolve the problems. Very convenient to beach and restaurants with a fantastic view! We did appreciate having a car as the hill from the beach is a bit much to carry a lot of items. Our biggest issue was not having more time there!

Beautiful condo and location! Beach is an easy walk as well as the town. Lovely pool on premise!

The drive from San Jose is long (5-6 hours realistically), so the closer airport is a better choice since it is apparently only 2 hours away. This is a slice of paradise though so it is worth the trip however long!

Perfect stay

Nice condo very clean with good a/c. Nice pool and area for breakfast in the morning. Close to the beach. Have to be in shape to climb the hill from the beach to the condo if you walk😉. Parking well supervised. Good communication with John the owner

Beautiful property

Four senior adults (two couples) stayed here and found it to be just right. From the view with wonderful views of the Pacific and birds, to the access to the beach, to the comfort of helpful appliances, to the helpful staff, we enjoyed our short three day stay and would happily stayed longer. The town offers a nice variety of restaurants and shops too. We rented a golf cart that provided easy transport to town and the beach when we preferred--just let the owner know of you intention ahead of time. Would highly recommend for a fantastic vacation.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

We have stayed in several condos in CR, and this is one of our two favourites (the other being in Playa Flamingo). It is extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The owner was great to deal with; the entire process was simple and John was very responsive to our questions. If we are lucky to return to Samara in the future, we will look no further than this condo.

GREAT SAMARA FIND

I was travelling with my husband and two adult daughters. The view from the condo was spectacular. Food for the soul. The bedrooms were large and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.The beach was close and beginner surfing was enjoyable for the girls. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely recommend to friends

Fantastic Stay + Great View

This property is an excellent value. The owner, John, was an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He made the check-in process as seamless as possible and was available anytime we had questions. The condo itself has a beautiful view of the ocean and is easy walking distance form the beach and the town of Samara. The only thing people should take note of is that the building is situated on a hillside, so expect a small hike to get there if you are coming from the beach. We are a fit/athletic family, so to me, it was a bonus (i.e. free to eat more gelato), but overweight people and/or people with mobility issues may want to take this into consideration. Highly recommend. We will be back.

Beautiful, Safe and Perfect Location

My daughter and I spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo and there is not one negative thing I can say about it. Jon was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. It is in a great location, so close to Samara and many other areas of interest. We felt safe and secure with Antonio and Santos always on hand in the parking and surrounding areas. The condo is very well equipped with plush towels and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the Tico breakfast (gallo pinto)at Laconda and would highly recommend anything at LuvBurger on the beach. It was a great bonus to have Netflix. After a hot day of hiking or sightseeing, followed by a leisurely dinner out, we loved to come "home" and watch a movie. Definitely a 5 star! Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

Excellent stay!

We really loved our vacation in Samara! The condo was one of the highlights. It was a great condo with an amazing view. It felt like all of the furniture was new and well organized. Finding it was easy and the support staff was always helpful. We had a car, but you can walk everywhere. You just have to be a little careful at night because it's a little dark on the road, but within one block, you're in the middle of town and everything is lit and easy to see. John, the owner was accessible via text and very responsive. We were late to arrive because of an accident on the road, but we texted him and everyone was waiting and access to the condo was very easy. We would definitely recommend the condo and will stay again if/when we return to Samara. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the internet was inconsistent, but other than that, it was excellent!!

What a view!

The view is what initially sold us to rent the property, and it was spectacular. Some things we wish we had realized--the condo is at the top of a 100 foot hill which involves walking up 60 plus steps AND then a hilly gravel driveway....and in the heat, walking up and down once was enough for us. We also should have realized that having such a view toward the west would mean direct sun into the unit for many hours...and the a/c was set by the owner to not go below an assigned temperature. We had some mechanical problems--the washing machine was broken and the sink, toilet and shower in the second bedroom did not drain. The washer was never usable during our stay but the drain problems were resolved before we left. As the owner told us "It's just something we live with and repair as we go. It just comes with the territory"

Great Location in Samara!

This property exceeded our expectations in pretty much every aspect. The view was even more spectacular than the photos show, the location was awesome and the condo was well stocked with amenities. John (the owner) was super easy to communicate with and he answered any questions I had promptly. It was so nice having new appliances, washer & dryer in the unit, comfortable beds, comfy furniture when relaxing, great pool area, etc. I would say my only complaint was that there is not a grill on the property, which would've been nice to have. We made due with no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. I would highly recommend contacting the Samara Info Center to book any excursions as they were super helpful and don't charge any extra booking fees. We really enjoyed visiting the Macaw Recovery Network, the Ora River kayaking tour, the Monte Alto Nature Reserve, and especially our numerous visits to Playa Carrillo! That is one of the top 10 beaches in all of Costa Rica and was a quick 10 minute drive away. We rented a car so we could do more exploring but many people just rent a golf cart or walk to get around Samara. I personally wouldn't recommend riding a bike or walking on the road as it is very narrow and curvy which made the driving a bit more stressful. Overall, a great vacation! Pura Vida!!!

Amazing!

Wow! This was home away from home. The pictures online are accurate but it was still nicer than expected. Wifi was probably the fastest we had for our 1 month long trip in Costa Rica. The views from the floor to ceiling windows is unmatched (except perhaps by other units in the sam building I suppose). You can tell the use the property themselves and care for this property. Very modern with all upgrades and luxury touches. Lots of beach equipment at the condo, including nice boogie boards that our kids used daily and a variety of other beach toys. It's not right on the beach of course, but really nothing is, except for maybe a few small hotels. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach, or if you have a car like we did, we'd load it up with all of the beach toys, drive 2 minutes to the beach and park it and use the car as mobile storage for the day. John was very responsive to our countless questions and emails, and extremely flexibly when we decided to come to Samara early and stay longer. On site manager was very helpful as well and always available. We didn't want to leave! We'll be back hopefully sooner than later

Great Location, Beautiful Condo & Responsive Owner

This condo is in a great location to the town of Samara. Easy access to many destinations. It is also spacious, well kept, comfortable, clean and upgraded. Very modern. The view of the beach and ocean is wonderful. The condo owner provides towels and a boogie board for the beach. The property's security personnel and attendants were friendly and helpful. I valued the private, secure and ample parking to the complex. Samara is a fun little town - take the time to walk all the streets leisurely, and you will find friendly businesses, restaurants and great food! Best groceries were found at the Iguana Verde market located on the north side of town, and at Samara Super close to the beach. As for restaurants, try the Bohemian Cafe - near the town's fitness plaza - for breakfast. For an evening meal, try Marisqueria Calochas south of the center of town, two blocks off the main street, and tucked back at the end of a small street. I encountered some periodic Internet access problems and initial hot water problems that prevent me from giving this property a "5" star rating, but the owner was very responsive to the problems and got them remedied as soon as he could. The problems were not his fault, but they did distract from enjoying my stay. I think the problems I encountered are not repetitive issues, so I would recommend this unit as a lovely place to stay for 2-4 people.

Actually, we discovered this property by accident. We came to Costa Rica for the first time and decided to stay in this small, enchanting town called Samara. We stayed for a month but also travelled around. This unit was unfinished and available for sale.
It needed a complete renovation which is exactly what I did and I just recently completely the project in June 1017. I really love Samara; it provides an authentic feel to Costa Rica and allows you to relax, decompress but still stay active and thrive with daily activities for the best of both worlds.
