Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom beachhouse close to Mavillette Beach.

We recently bought ourselves this vacation property . Ocean views on 2 acres of quiet bliss. There is a bird sanctuary across the road for the bird lovers. 2 min drive to one of Canada's top 10 beaches. Mavillette Beach is an awesome family beach with warm waters in the summer and great easy waves to surf on. Walk forever when the tide is low, on pristine sand beaches. 4 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms make this a great property for a family holiday. It can sleep up to 8 people in beds. We have a wheelchair ramp and flat parking for mobility challenged persons. Master bath has a walk-in shower. A 20 min drive to Yarmouth and 45 min drive to Digby. The area hosts a bunch of different beaches to beach comb or search for beach glass. There is even an amazing area to try your hand at clam digging. Fun fun fun. We have big pots and lobster tools available for a fresh lobster feast

Quilting retreat

This was our second year to stay here, great location, love the restaurant, the market everything we needed was so handy plus the beach is worth the trip . Enjoyed our stay so much again we’re hoping to book for next year again . House is great has everything you would need .

Beautiful house. Plenty of space. Perfect location. Very close to the beach with a lovey ocean view. Awesome local spots to grab some good food. Rena was very fast with responding back to us with any of our questions. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed a week with our daughter, her husband and two grandchildren in this very spacious and well equipped house. On entering the house with on the first day, my son in law said, « I would live here. » We all agreed. It did feel like home away from home, only in an wonderful setting near the sea.

Had a great time

Mavillette was beautiful even if foggy at times. The nearby beach was conveniently close and a lot of fun at high tide and low tide.The rental home was very spacious, modern and welcoming.We saw deer, pheasants and ospreys on the property.Rena was wonderful to deal with, thank you for everything!

Relaxing Beach getaway

All the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Lots of room for the six of us to hangout and recoup after a busy day of touring the area. The owner responded quickly to our questions. So many great beaches to explore. We'd love to come back someday soon.

Mavillette Beach Stay

Visiting Mavillette Beach again after 35 years! The house is conveniently located close to the beach as you can have a view of it from the house. House is very well kept and has all the amenities you might need for a great stay and cooking at the house if you choose too. Host was very responsive to any questions we had, and we will absolutely stay again if we vacation in that beautiful area in the future!

Spacious retreat for 3 couples

The spacious and well-stocked Beach House overlooking beautiful Mavillette Beach was the perfect retreat for three couples after adventure packed days cycling in the Tusket and Yarmouth area. We were able to prepare delicious dinners using local seafood and produce. A big thank you to Rena, our host who was very responsive to questions we had before and during our stay. We hope to return in the future.

The house was large and accommodating for my family. It is great to have a full king size bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. , as well as , the other additional bathrooms. Just wish we had more time there.

An older home with many upgrades. Able to accommodate mobility issues on the main floor. Quiet area close to the beach and 10 to 20 minutes form town depending if you turn right or left.

This house was just perfect for our 2 small family getaway! It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and had great ocean views. Owner was very responsive. We had a great trip!

Liked the fact that this place had plenty of beds. It also had a few games and books for the children. Also as it rained just about all the time we were there we completely a puzzle that was there. We also had a take out meal with a couple of friends.
