En 3 BR 2 BA (2000 kvm ft / 186 m kvm) hem. TvÄ rum har queen size-sÀng och det tredje har full sÀng. Den sover upp till 8 (6 i sÀngar 2 pÄ futon i full storlek). NÀra BART (tÄg till SF) (1 mi), Berkeley (13 mi), San Francisco (18 mi) och Napa (45 mi). Rymlig, ren och familjevÀnlig. NÀra till restauranger och familjevÀnliga aktiviteter inklusive gratis tillgÄng till flera tennisbanor. Min plats Àr bra för par och familjer (med barn). NÀra Wild Cat Canyon Park (1 mil) och Tilden Park (1 1/2 mi). Min favorit naturliga livsmedelsbutik och livsmedelsbutik ligger bara 3 mil bort. Kolla in deras pappas kardemumglass. En livsmedelsuperbutik (Safeway) ligger inom en mil. Mitt hem har alla grundlÀggande bekvÀmligheter du behöver inklusive internetuppkoppling (wi fi), direkt-TV med 250 kanaler. Köket har vad du vanligtvis behöver för att laga mat och förbereda för din familj och gÀster. Massor av hotellstandard rena handdukar och sÀngklÀder. Det finns egna moderna tvÀttmaskiner och torktumlare.

Amazing views from the hilltop gem!

Our family of five (adult kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The listing was accurate with an open floor plan, clean home, and spaces to gather, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet, complete with a local market within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property! Fassil was great to check in with. Thank you!

Perfect for us!

It was everything we needed and more. The courtyard and deck gave us options to enjoy the sunshine and incredible views and the spacious and comfy configuration allowed us to both catch up and find time and space for occasional calls that required time away from the group. The hosts were quick to answer questions and provide details we missed.

The views were great and we enjoyed this lovely home which accommodated all our needs. We were there for a family reunion and this home was located in between two family member's homes making it a great location betweem Albany and El Sobrante. We would definitely seek out this home again when visiting the bay area.

Moroccan garden and water vistas

We thought the home was warm and welcoming and had 2 living rooms .. the beautiful view and vista is wonderful and brings light into the home .. There is a romantic patio garden that hearkens to Morocco and I loved sitting there ..

Nice home with a beautiful view!

The home was perfect for our family of four with room to spare. Nice patio and deck to sit in the sun or read a book. It was the perfect central location for us to visit our son who lives in Berkeley. We were able to drive or take the BART to many sights in the area. We took a drive to Napa in less than an hour. Great week!

Nice Property

This is a lovely spacious home with an open floor plan. Fassil was very friendly and easy to reach with any questions we may have had. There are many windows and sliders to keep the house airy and cool. Wonderful San Fran skyline view from deck when "Karl the Fog" is not wreaking havoc on the area. Would certainly stay here again.

El Cerrito Stay

The house was great, a good location and wonderful location to all things the Bay area has to offer. The bedrooms were good size as were all the rooms. It was nice to be up in the hills and have great views of the Bay & city. Fassil was a wonderful host, he brought us a rolling pin as we wanted to make Xmas cookies and a CD player! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Grocery Outlet store had great prices and was nearby. We would definitely stay again - we loved San Francisco!

Graduation Week

We rented the VRBO for about a week for the college graduation of our daughter. Location of the house is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. House is clean and has 3 good sized bedrooms. Host response time for any email query was prompt. I would not hesitate to go back if an opportunity arose.

Spacious house for 3 generations with panorama SF Bay view

We were a grandparent couple, a daughter, son-in-law, and their two daughters (12 and 10). 3 bedrooms, 2 baths all located away from the living quarters worked well. Separate area with large screen TV great for the kids. The view from dining, living, and deck of SF Skyline, GG Bridge, Angel Island, Raccoon Strait, Mt. Tamalpais can't be better. Owner/host very responsive, and helpful.

Flatlanders visit the hills.

Our family took a trip to visit the Bay Area, and we were very excited when we arrived at this home. The view off of the balcony at the rear of the house is beautiful. Our host was so helpful and gave us tips on how to get around while we were visiting. The home was well taken care of, and all the items needed for our stay were in place when we arrived. Check in was very simple, as was checking out when we had to start on our way back home. I would recommend this home, and host to anyone thinking about visiting San Francico

Comfortable and Accommodating

This property was perfect for us - my spouse, adult son and my sister and her spouse. We were attending a wedding at a nearby country club and enjoying the region. The rooms had comfortable beds and linens. There were ample towels and washcloths. We generally just ate breakfast there and the kitchen was well-equipped. There was enough hot water for numerous showers (instant demand hot water heater).

What a view in a family ready house

The view is spectacular and the home has plenty of room for family gatherings. The kitchen is well appointed and worked perfectly for our thanksgiving dinner for our family of 8. The dining room sat our entire family perfectly. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is upscale and quiet at night. The host was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. The only drawbacks are the water pressure and the lack of much hot water in the showers. The showering was a challenge to say the least. If this issue is addressed we would return again and again.

SFO gataway

Everything fine. Very clean. Quote neighborhood. Water pressure low as pretty much on top of the hills but a spectacular view from master bedroom and balcony. This rental is for the top floor of the building, there is someone living in the lower floor but as build on a hill you still have a yard to the front side and a spectacular balcony view from the backside (SFO skyline and golden gate bridge).
