Upon your arrival at 1501 Clear Creek Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 you'll walk up to and in the front door. You will be on the main level and you can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the second level.

PLEASE NOTE:
* Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized linen, bedding and towels:
- Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets and pillowcases on the pillows. For the Queen size sofa pull out sleeper; all will be found on its Sofa.
- Towels provided for your stay will be found in each full bathroom with a bathmat. The powder room will have a hand and face towel.
* Hand soap, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towel, trash can liner, dish towel, kitchen sponge, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods will be found throughout the property
* There is no air conditioning.
* Pets are not allowed.

Summer Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo for a large family. Good location, comfortable and clean.Only drawbacks were nothing in the kitchen for cooking, not even salt, no plastic cups for the jacuzzi The discount with Snowcreek Golf Course was not clear. Only a one-time discount.

1501 Clear Creek

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good rental experience. The unit was neat and clean. It was roomy and the 4.5 bathrooms were great. We have 4 daughters. The garage was a great plus. Most Mammoth rentals do not have covered parking. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again. Small suggestions: kitchen needs more light, hot water in kitchen very slow to heat up. All bathrooms had hot water no problem overall an “A” rental.
