Walking distance to the city, Federation Square, theatre districts, Botanic Gardens, Crown complex, river cruises, and a fantastic selection of shopping, boutiques, restaurants and entertainment options. Easy access to Albert Park, South Melbourne Markets as well as a convenient tram ride from Queen Victoria Markets and other sites.

Other things to note
Stairs: The apartment is located on the top floor of a low-rise building, with entrance is via stairs only, no lift.

No parties: The apartment is residential where neighbours respect each other through quiet and peaceful movements throughout the complex. There is an on-site groundskeeper and on-site body corporate members.
