This beautiful Sea Pines townhome is located a stone s throw from the private association beach on beautiful Cape Cod Bay. You will also have full access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym and the outdoor pool.
Relax and enjoy the finer things in life with this lovely 2/3 bedroom, 2 bath residence. The first floor bedroom offers two twin sized beds, the primary bedroom with an amazing large deck overlooking Cape Cod Bay offers a queen sized bed and is located on the second floor. On the second floor you also find a small bedroom with a twin sized bed.
Sea Pines is full of amenities, including a fully renovated community room, exercise room, in-ground pool just very close to the the unit, playground for the kids and 2 tennis courts. Tennis, Pickle Ball, and an exercise room.
You can walk to the breathtaking 1100 ft. association beach, 0.1 miles from your front door, with beautiful views of the Brewster Flats where you can see some breathtaking Cape Cod sunsets. As a bonus, it is near shops, bike path, restaurants etc.
The property rents for a minimum of 30 nights and is available from July 1 until August 15.

Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.

Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)
