Fiesta Key gated community near US-192, and Osceola Pkwy, SR 535, Central Florida Greenway and I-4 are around it. Guests can enjoy the amenities of this community that include a heated swimming pool at the pavilion, open areas for picnics and playgrounds for the little ones.

Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with professional-grade disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap at high temperatures. Our cleaning team wears gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, ensuring a safe environment for your stay.
* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $400. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.

This villa houses 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom features a QueenSize bed with HDTV 55 and en-suite bathroom on the main floor. The second floor features the second bedroom, which has a QueenSize bed with HDTV 42, and the third bedroom, which has TwinSize beds with HDTV 42and a bathroom with a soak tub.
The main floor includes a great room with living and dining area integrated with full-stocked modern kitchen, and a half-bath close to the private two-car garage by the main entrance.

Guest Access:
Youâll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we wonât be on-site, weâre just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so thereâs no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ân Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us knowâweâll be happy to arrange everything for you!
⊠What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentialsâlike shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, youâll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not providedâfeel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
⊠Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrivalâweâll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
⊠Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
