Located in tranquil Marsden Valley at the base of the Barnicoat Range, enjoy the serenity of being tucked away in a rural setting, yet still easily accessible to all on offer in the Nelson area - easy access to mountain biking and walking tracks. Surrounded by native bush and hill views and from the upstairs private lounge and deck area, you will enjoy an expansive view of the valley all the way to the sea!
This newly built home is a resort-style offering a luxurious swimming pool, large open-plan modern living and kitchen area. Enjoy basking in the sun on the outdoor furniture under the fully retractible louvres. Sun-downer drinks and morning coffees will be a pleasure on the upstairs deck while soaking in the peaceful surrounds.

> No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
> Young children - This home is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
> Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
> Spa and Swimming pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise..
