The abundance of outdoor living space is ideally setup for enjoying time outside on the water. Arrive by boat and hop right into your heated pool and hot tub. The lanai has an outdoor mini fridge, sink, seating, and outdoor dining. The location is walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops including popular local attraction Celebration Park which is a food truck park with outdoor bar that often has live music right on the water. Just down the road is the famous Naples Botanical Garden and local beaches in Olde Naples are within 3 miles of the house. Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico are accessible via the waterway behind the house should you want to bring a boat or rent one while in town.
