Welcome to Historic St. Augustine! The Lakeview Condos offer the ideal location for your "park and walk" visit to the Nation's Oldest City. This sophisticated condo, situated in the heart of town, comes fully furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay. There's tons of charm built right in, like the original wood floors and a sweet balcony. Plus, downtown is just a few blocks away! Explore the quaint shops, savor the local cuisine at restaurants, and relish the entertainment options available. Thereâs a great place to go fishing, just steps away from your door!
The highlights of the 2nd-floor condo:
- The sitting area features comfortable seating surrounding a flat-screen TV creating a comfortable space to relax at the end of a fun day.
- A bright and spacious, fully-equipped kitchen thatâs outfitted with everything youâd need to enjoy a meal at home, plus a dishwasher to make clean-ups fast and easy. Weâve also included a coffee maker to help you get your day started.
- A wonderful dining room area with a table set for 6 guests.
- Enjoy the private shaded balcony with a table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying fresh air.
- 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such:

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, a desk and stool for a terrific laptop-friendly work setup.

A mandatory $100 cleaning is required every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they donât stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
