Your group will absolutely love your vacation stay here at our relaxing and modern hillside retreat, freshly furnished from head to toe with your experience in mind and packed with all that you need to relax and unwind under soaring pine trees and millions of stars anytime of the year. Centrally located in a quiet forested neighborhood you have the best of Big Bear within a short ten minute drive from your cabin including local marinas, village shops, and ski resorts.
Enter the cozy lower level where you are greeted with hardwood floors, wood beamed ceilings, and big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and forested views of the treetops below. You will love snuggling up here on the couch together as you warm your toes in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and pop on your favorite movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet supplied for your convenience. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The cute guest bedroom and bathroom are easily accessible here on the entry level along with a washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains.
Head upstairs to find two additional sleeping quarters and an added bathroom for your party, each room is made up for your arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your vacation stay. All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
