Just built in 2020, this condo has all the newest appliances and highest-grade finishes to make your beach vacation on 30-A the most comfortable and state-of-the-art stay a breeze! Hardwood tile flooring flows throughout with a warm beach-washed look, and multiple windows provide abundant natural light. The kitchen is excellent for entertaining, with an island perfect for cooking and serving in style. Glass doors lead out of the living area to a nicely furnished upper balcony with a peak of the Gulf! Comfortable furnishings and beautiful appointments are featured in this charming beach cottage-style condominium!
The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. One guest bedroom includes king-size bed, while the other is a bunk room with four twin beds. There is a hall bathroom with easy access for guests of the two secondary bedrooms. 
Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon, are provided to make your beach trips easy! And, if you need both hands free, there is a pack-and-play to keep the babes safe for sleeping or to keep them in one place!
