The unit had a stunning view and was exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was quick, easy, and seamless, making everything stress-free. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful condo with great view from the balcony. Host was quick to respond with questions we had. Loved it was away from the busy, loud noise as it’s in Hamilton Cove which is a private community. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful, and the surroundings are very quiet. The house was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only imperfection was that the non-stick coating on the cookware was peeling. We had a wonderful time there. We highly recommend this place.

To start Catalina Island is absolutely beautiful and we kept ourselves busy and had a wonderful time. But I didn’t appreciate the fact that I felt like it was a bait and switch. When we arrived there I was under the impression that the property was in Avalon in the middle of town not in the property that was about seven minute drive out (30 min walk uphill) because we had been looking at some of those properties and decided that it would be better for us to be in Avalon to walk around and stuff since we had so many bags but To our surprise when we arrived, we actually needed to get a taxi up to the property and the address that was given wasn’t actually the address at all. I was definitely glad that it came with a golf cart since we were so far out and not in the middle of town like the listing showed. The listing also said it slept six so I assumed we would be able to use the sofa bed and when we went to pull it out, not only was the sofa bed covered in stains, but there were no sheets so we had to use a comforter we found in the closet and my daughters had brought their own blankets thankfully otherwise they would’ve had nothing to cover themselves with. Other than those hiccups in the beginning this stay was amazing. The property was very beautiful. It had its own little Private beach with a pool and a little playground so it was a lot of fun and we were able to keep busy in Catalina so we had an incredible time there.

Beautiful view

Great location! Loved the view. Used many of the available amenities. Snorkeling in the beach was nice for my daughter who had never snorkeled before. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic views!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were fantastic! The condo was very comfortable. It was nicely decorated and furnished (not plain like many vacation rentals). It felt like we were staying in our own home. It was really nice that this condo did not have any stairs to climb. It made it very easy to carry our luggage into the unit. The use of the golf cart was a nice benefit, as we used it for several of our trips to downtown and sites around Avalon. The location of the condo is really too far to walk, especially with luggage. A note in the listing stating that you'll need to get a taxi when you arrive and leave, would be helpful. Since our stay was in the fall, we had hoped to use the fireplace. It was listed as an amenity. But, unfortunately, when we arrived, we saw a note on the fireplace requesting it not be used. It should be removed as an amenity, if renters are not allowed to use it. We loved our stay in this unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, beautiful condo with amazing views

This condo was great for our weekend getaway. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the golf cart worked great for the short drive to town. Will stay here again!

Very nice condo great views.

If you want to live w the ocean this condo has an exquisite view. It is also quiet clean and modern. Easy access in and out as it is towards the entry gate. Plenty of room for 4. All appliances tv etc were top line and modern. Wonderful feel to the condo. Even the blue paint grew on me after a while. The only drawback was the master bed. It was cozy but concaved deeply in middle. Felt like sleeping on a hammock.
