This modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is the perfect choice for travellers seeking sophistication, comfort, convenience, and a touch of quiet and peace during their stay in our beautiful city. Our space is perfect for families travelling together who are looking for a comfortable and private experience.

Guests entering this space will immediately notice the immaculate attention to detail and gorgeous architectural features, such as the south facing floor-to-ceiling windows offering a delightful view of the serene garden terrace. Likewise, the open-concept living space boasts ample natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to relax and unwind after a day of exploration.

The kitchen is a well-equipped culinary haven with a modern two-person breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely four-person dining area perfect for enjoying time with your loved ones. Furthermore, we provide all cooking essentials, ensuring that you have everything at your fingertips.

A restful night's sleep is guaranteed, with each guest sleeping on a cloud-like mattress complemented by buttery soft bedding. The master bedroom is a true oasis, complete with a King-sized bed, television and an ensuite bathroom. We offer a sleep sofa for one additional person.

An additional quality that makes this space one-of-a-kind is the condo's private 800-square-foot garden terrace. Where families can spend quality time soaking up the Victoria sunshine. Moreover, this suite boasts many additional convince, including an in-suite washer-dryer, high-speed wifi, and secure parking for guest convenience.

Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome. We prefer families travelling together with a max of 5 guests welcome in the suite.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). Cameras monitor all hallways to maintain compliance and safety.

Great spot and location

Great location. 10-15 minute walk to anywhere downtown. The apartment was as described, bright and clean. Easy access and very responsive staff. It was perfect for our family of 3. We didn't bring a car and glad as it was not needed.
