A sense of luxurious spaciousness awaits you as soon as you set foot into this beautiful villa in Fannie Bay. Drop your bags and head out to the back patio for a welcoming swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a leisurely lunch at the eight-seater outdoor dining table.

A comfortable and modern lounge room with a wall-mounted TV equipped with Netflix is the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring Fannie Bay. Whip up delicious dinner in the fully furnished and open kitchen, featuring a beautiful white stone topped floating island and breakfast bar stools. The adjacent timber dining table seats eight. A dedicated study desk near the entrance promises few interruptions for those working from home.

The primary bedroom offers a roomy king bed for those who like to stretch out, plenty of storage space and a TV for watching in bed before you nod off to sleep. The attached ensuite bathroom offers a shower, mirrored vanity and sink, and toilet. Two other bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, while the versatile fourth bedroom offers a king-sized bed which can be split into two singles upon request, along with a mounted TV to help you relax. The main bathroom offers a large combination bath-shower with a rainfall shower-head, his-and-hers sinks and vanity, and a toilet. Throw on a quick load of washing with the in-unit washing machine.

We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

This sits only footsteps away from the Darwin Turf Club, home of the famed Great Northern Darwin Cup, and is less than six hundred metres from Sunset Beach in Fannie Bay. Visit the beautiful Darwin Botanic Gardens, or for some indoor enjoyment, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory is only a short drive. Mindil Beach boasts spectacular sunset views. Medee Eatery serves some of the best Thai food in Darwin, while the family-run Coolspot Café’s Big Breakfast can satisfy any appetite.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees:
- Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $225 per cleaning.
