The comfortable yet stylish living room has a flat screen TV and fireplace, and the open kitchen is well equipped for entertaining guests. The primary bedroom offers a spacious en suite bathroom with step in shower, plus a private patio. The guest bedroom has access to the hall bathroom with a step in shower. There is also a separate office with privacy doors, that has a workspace and a Murphy bed for the occasional overnight guest.
The back patio has a dining table, built-in BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge seating, all overlooking the fairway and mountains providing beautiful vistas as the light changes throughout the day. A community pool / spa is just a short walk away. There is also a full size private laundry room in this unit, and a private 2 car garage for your convenience.
