The Space:

Unwind on the comfy and spacious couch that is complemented by soft throw pillows and can be transformed into a bed for one. Watch your favorite movie on the 55" flat-screen TV that is placed on a wooden console. Soft rug, an ottoman, a contemporary coffee table, and a stunning ceiling light complete this cozy space.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 tram station is a 5-minute walk. This connects to the main metro station that can get you around in Dubai.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys
**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
***Please be advised that unit# 408 on the 4th floor & 108 on 1st floor will be carrying out maintenance work which will last for 4 months. Starting from: Monday, 27th November 2023 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Kindly note that there will be dust & noise during the maintenance work, security and building FM to monitor the work and assist other tenants if they have any issues with the work. Apologies for the inconvenience.
***This is to inform you that Unit 1207 will be carrying out maintenance work in the above-mentioned area which will last for 6 weeks. Starting from: Tuesday 2nd January, 2024 from 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Kindly note that there will be dust & noise during the maintenance work. We have informed the security and building FM to monitor the work and assists other tenants if they have any issues with the work. Apologies for the inconvenience.
