The space
All we can tell you is "NEW" , we decided to get full set of high quality furniture for living room, dinning area, kitchen and bedrooms
* Room 1: soft mattress
* Room 2: Medium firm mattress
* Room 3: Orthopaedic support mattress
We ensure you the hygiene and quality for all bed-sets we use for your stay.
You're welcomed with a lovely front yard, then stepping into a main entrance where you will see a modern living room, dining room and a kitchen at the back . If you love gardening, you will enjoy tea time at the backyard ( we have organic tea ready for you too ^_^ ), where many kinds of birds try to tell you their stories ( so sorry we haven't found a dictionary to translate their language !!! - If you have one, please share with us ) ; Then for your relaxing time, the upper stairs will lead you to your comfortable bedroom - with great quality mattress and fresh - clean bed set - we wish you sleep like a baby

Beside your own bedroom, you will have more space to enjoy your stay such as: Living room, dining room, kitchen, the front yard and back yard garden. ( we are growing vegetables at the back yard, happily to share with you these fresh homegrown leafy green once they can be harvested :) )

Other things to note
The house is a bungalow sitting on 2400 square feet, this bungalow was allowed to add in an upper storey - At the first look from the front you may feel it is like two storey house, but it is a bungalow variation to separate bedroom area with the other activity areas, allow more space as well.

My son is living in basement to study at UoT Mississauga campus.
We have separate entrance, he won't come across your private zone.
He has a a sweet needy Pomsky dog and bossy British shorthair cat . The 3 won’t separate
