The Space:
Arrive at the property to be greeted by an impressive exterior. Step inside and make your way up the staircase. At the top, a spacious, sun-filled area seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.
The fully appointed kitchen blends sophistication with practicality, featuring many modern appliances, cookware, seating and plenty of bench space. Across from the kitchen is a private, enclosed alfresco-style oasis that incorporates outdoor and indoor elements to create an intimate and relaxing space for guests to sit, unwind and relax.
Flowing from the kitchen, you'll discover the open living-dining space. Relax on comfortable seating, enjoy a home-cooked meal at the stunning 8-seater dining suite, or watch your favorite shows on the large smart TV while enjoying the spectacular views of the river, mountains, and city. Step out onto the adjoining deck where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee, breathing in the fresh Tasmanian air and relishing the mesmerizing surrounding views.
Indulge in the comfort of a separate living space, featuring an additional smart TV, plush seating, a large bookcase housing plenty of diverse reading material. The backyard patio leads off this space, inviting delightful evenings with a BBQ area, an outdoor setting, and toasty firepit.
From the kitchen/living area, the hallway leads to three bedrooms and bathrooms. If you are after a more comprehensive supermarket, the nearby Riverside Plaza for a Woolworths supermarket, bakery, florist and more.
The Cataract Gorge is located right next to Trevallyn. Here you will find a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The Trevallyn recreational area is only a short drive away. With several picnic and BBQ areas as well as archery, an array of walking tracks and an extensive network of mountain bike trails, catering to all skill levels. The Trevallyn Dam is located within the grounds, which is the source of the local hydro water supply, and an incredible sight when in flood.
Trevallyn's close proximity to Launceston adds to its appeal. In just a short 4 minute drive, you can explore the city's historic sites, indulge in its vibrant arts scene, and visit museums and galleries. Launceston also offers a diverse range of shopping options, from boutique stores to larger shopping complexes. City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.

To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:
METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

Other Things to Note:
The main living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the top floor. You will be required to climb an internal staircase for access.
The firepit located in the backyard is available for guest use; however, guests will be required to purchase their own kindling and firewood. We ask guests to please be respectful of their surrounds while using this.

The private driveway offers ample parking space for guests, accommodating up to two vehicles. The driveway is approximately 2.8 meters wide, and the parking space is 8 meters wide.
