Denna charmiga 3600 kvadratmeter stuga hem är bedrägligt stor! Renoverat öppet planlösningskoncept med stort rum med tenntak från Peachtree Records i Atlanta! Pot Belly Stove kan värma hela hemmet! Lake Lanier utsikt från tre nivåer inklusive skärmad i veranda. 5 sovrum och 3 badrum, ger dig gott om plats för hela familjen och dina vänner! Snabb åtkomst till GA 400 innebär en kort resa till shopping, restauranger och turistattraktioner som Dahlonega, Atlanta Motorsports spår i Dawsonville, Cleveland och Helen. Bara installerad uppgraderad höghastighets wifi med obegränsad data !!!

Hemmet ligger inbäddat i träden med utsikt över sjön från alla tre nivåer. Den övre våningen "Crow's Nest" däck ligger precis utanför King Bedroom och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över morgonen och kvällen på skogen och sjön medan du sitter och dricker ditt kaffe eller vuxen dryck i det täckta platsområdet. Den veranda från huvudnivån ger utsikt för hela familjen, och den täckta nere uteplatsen har plats för 12 runt uteplats bord plus plats för mer. Propangrill i rostfritt stål är redo att laga allt du föreställer dig. Du kan också steka upp några marshmallows runt eldstaden och sminka lite s'mores till efterrätt. Hemmet ligger mellan två mycket bekväma Lake Lanier fritids parker, alla med båt ramper. Nix Bridge till söder och Toto Creek i norr och bara några minuter bort. Det finns flera marinor i närheten. Du kan hyra en båt från oss eller på en av marinorna eller ta med dig, (sjönivåer tillåter) *. Vi har tillgång till en 20 'pontong båt, 4 person paddla båt och en 2 person kajat som kan läggas till din hyra (extra avgifter gäller. Kontakta oss för att bekräfta priset för din vistelse). Mycket lätt promenad från hemmet till sjön.

Barnen (barn i alla åldrar) kan njuta av fotbollsspelet och Wii-systemet i spelrummet på källarnivå. 2 stora soffor och en ottoman ger dem gott om utrymme.

Loving the memories!

Such a peaceful, quiet area. Easy to get to and close to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for me, my grown kids and grandkids with lots of room and plenty of things to do. We made some great memories!

Fabulous place!!!

We had a group of 6 which was just family. We made this a Christmas trip and the cabin was perfect for us. We all had our own bedroom and we had plenty of space to spread out. The cabin's floor plan was wonderful. We had so much fun playing games on the huge dining room table. I would recommend this place very highly. The view was gorgeous and I would love to go back in warm weather. We had deer visitors and so enjoyed watching them and all the beautiful squirrels climbing the trees. Helen and Dahlonega were very close by and we enjoyed visiting the towns and enjoying the Christmas tree lighting. Restaurants very close by as well and of course the outlet shopping. Our host was very accomodating and easy to get hold up. Loved the whole trip. I would give this a 10++++++

Group Stay for Wedding

The property was as described and pictured. Michael offered helpful information about the area and responded quickly when I had a question. I can't really comment on the amenities of the unit as we were only there to sleep and get dressed for both days of our stay. We enjoyed the view and watching the wildlife from the beautiful screened in porch. It accommodated our group of 5 (2 couples and one single adult) comfortably. There is no cell service here, if that's something that is important to you. It wasn't an issue for us. We were able to connect to the internet for wifi calling and texting. Would recommend.

Great place to make memories!

What an amazing place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. The property was just as portrayed in the listing. It was clean and provided all that we needed. Check in and out were painless. Best of all was the host, Michael. He answered every question promptly and gave us lots of information about the area. We would definitely recommend it! Made wonderful memories there!

Good Lake House

Rented it out with a group of friends for 4th of July weekend. House is not massive but also not too small, its just the right size for a small group at a reasonable price. The dock is also nice. We enjoyed our stay and the deck with the mosquito netting is great that way you can enjoy the outdoors at night without getting massacred by the mosquitoes. They also provide you with a binder with instructions on what is where in the house and how to use certain features, so you don't fumble around the house like a stranger. Owner was easy to talk to and is reasonable if your transparent with him. He even gave us an earlier check-in and check-out time that was originally agreed, which was great. Would book again.

The place was exactly as described. Suoer clean. Owner is very friendly and went above and beyond the call to make my stay comfortable. Extremely quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Will likely stay again in the future.

Lake Lanier getaway, easy and affordable

We booked Michael’s charming lake house for a group of family and friends and not only and a great time but the house had all that we needed. Plenty of space to spread out with 2 back porches (upstairs screened in for mosquito magnets like myself) and a porch downstairs by the grill. The bedrooms were also spacious. The dock was a short walk from the house also had a rooftop area to hang out. The town is just a few miles away so I frequented the shopping areas (outlets!) and restaurants. Really a great location, to have both the lake and the things to do in town so close. Thank you Michael, for making sure we were taken care of and your thorough information about the house including all the little touches that made it so charming. (the flameless candles were nice in the evenings)

Easy Choice

We have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need or want. The location could not be better. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, and yet in less than 10 minutes you are in the midst of everything. This property is perfect for any group from 1 to 12. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about either the property or the hosts. You will not be disappointed if you choose this property!

Very easy to find. Clean with all amenities necessary to meet your vacation needs. Easy to contact host. Access to pontoon and lake a plus if you have boating experience. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend this wonderful vacation destination!!

Dawsonville Lake House

We found the house and property to be just what we needed to have terrific family time. We felt at home there and it was so quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the layout fit our needs.

Great escape to the lake!

What a great couple of days at the lake! We were in town for a few days for a family golf weekend. House was very clean with a new front deck and new approach down to the boat house. Plenty of parking (we had 4 cars and two smaller SUVs). Ice-cold AC in all rooms. The house was very close to restaurants, outlet mall, golf courses (Chestatee and Hampton Golf Village), grocery stores, etc. Michael was a gracious host and very available for any questions we had before, during and after our stay. He made our trip very enjoyable and hassle free. We would definitely come back in the future.

Nice cabin with a nice lake.

Cozy cabin with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Michael the owner, was so thoughtful and very helpful.

The lake house you need! Dock, firepit, and space for everyone

We attended a wedding at Swan Lake Overlook (<15min from the house). Dollar General is also nearby for any forgotten items. This house was the perfect location for us.

High Expectations Exceeded!!!

We had high hopes for this trip and it was better than we hoped...what a fantastic stay on Lake Lanier, I need more stars for this review. Mike the house/boat owner did a fantastic job of communicating before and during the stay...the best of any rental I have had and it's not even close. The house is beautiful inside and really functional. You will love the screened porch and the large gas grill. We had 9 in our group which the house easily accommodated. If you have boating experience you will want to rent the pontoon. Mike does a great boat orientation and the boat is very nice and a far better value then any rental place on the Lake. Our whole group loved the property and the stay and we all want to return!!!

Living on the lake and have enjoyed it so much that I felt strongly that others should also have the opportunity to experience this lifestyle. With this in mind, I purchased a nearby home from the original owners and upgraded key areas while leaving the lake charm intact in others.

The country charm, along with nearby city amenities and shopping make this an ideal location. The "Crow's nest" covered balcony / nook allows for a chance to get away from city life, but you are still connected via the Wifi and Direct TV satellite provided. The screened porch is big enough for everyone to enjoy. The house has stained glass windows through out, cedar paneling through out and the tin ceiling from the old Capitol records building in Atlanta. Extras include a thermo-electric wine cooler, a George Foreman grill, coffee maker & electric tea kettle. Full set of dishes and silverware for 12. Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Central heat and A/C along with a Cast Iron Pot Bellied stove which can keep the entire house warm on those cold N. Georgia nights.

Fresh bedding with allergy protection covers on every mattress. Plenty of towels.
