Welcome to the stunning Espadin LoHi, located in the vibrant heart of Denver, CO. This chic one-bedroom condo offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and urban convenience, making it an ideal retreat for couples or solo travelers looking to explore the city.
With a spacious layout of 600 square feet, this stylish unit accommodates up to 5 guests, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and additional sleeping options with a twin rollaway and a futon couch in the living area. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a smart TV, stereo system, and a selection of games and books for entertainment. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and central heating throughout your stay.
The condo boasts a well-equipped kitchen ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals at your leisure. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or on the charming balcony, where you can soak in the city views.

Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

PARKING INFORMATION
Private, heated garage parking is available for select units at Espadin LoHi, including this one. You can reserve one dedicated garage space for an additional cost of $25 per night, providing convenient and secure parking right in the heart of Denver. Please note that street parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings and weekends, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot or securing a private garage parking space ahead of time.
PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
PLEASE NOTE:
âȘïž Parking garage space can be reserved for an additional cost of $25 per night.
âȘïž Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
âȘïž Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop-off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.
âȘïž Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
âȘïž An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
âȘïž 3D Virtual Guides/Tours are not available through Homes Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.
