The Station Apartments are located on the beautiful, historic, Lydaird Street, Ballarat Station Apartments is 1,300 feet from central Ballarat and 10 minutes' drive from Sovereign Hill, The Ballarat Wildlife Park and Kyral Castle. For those wanting to utilise public transport, there is a bus stop within 350 feet and a taxi rank 650 feet away from the property.

The property is located on the historic Lydiard street, amongst period homes and a short stroll to the Main Street. The Ballarat station apartments are approximately a 1 minute walk from the train station making it a great stop over stay for travellers.
