NCAA Tourney

We were in Raleigh for NCAA tourney. Property was as advertised. Comfortable neighborhood. Downtown was very accessible but you were clearly in a neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay for our group.

Just right

This house met our every need. Very well appointed kitchen. Centrally located to most attractions. Comfortable beds. If the weather had been better we would've loved to take advantage of the fire pit outside.

Very Nice Place

This house is very well organized. Very clean. Plentiful supplies and dishes. Beautiful setting, backyard is wonderful. Michelle was quick to answer any questions we had. We will be back and we actually booked this house for future trip to Raleigh.

Second time and did not disappoint. Wonderful place.

This was our second time renting this house and like the first time, we couldn't have been more pleased. No issues at all. The place was very clean, plenty of supplies, accessories. Michelle was quick to respond with any questions. Enjoyed sitting out back, either on the deck for coffee or around the fireplace with drinks. Would recommend this house and we'll be looking to rent it again later this summer.

Perfect stay!

The property was renovated with beautiful furniture and appliances. It was clean and fresh. We loved the back porch and yard area. Lots of nice ammenities such as coffee makers, nice linens and towels, televisions, etc.

Cutest little Gem!

Absolutely loved staying here for a wedding! I was a bridesmaid so needed a longer weekend stay and it had absolutely everything we needed, very well cleaned, and was close to downtown — which is where the wedding was, so it was very conveniently located. I would absolutely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

This property was clean and centrally located to many things. It was me and two children visiting for a soccer tournament. We had plenty of space and the outside was beautiful as well! The kitchen had what we needed and the kids loved having a TV in their room. Check in was a breeze and the communication about our stay was very helpful. Would stay again!

Awesome Place to stay

I had an incredible stay at this property! The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and provided great recommendations for dining and activities. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

As advertised

While the property met expectations, the junk fees remain at pandemic levels. At nearly 500 per night, I feel the value for money wasn’t there. My stays elsewhere at this price level on VRBO had double the floor space, bedrooms, bathrooms, and lot size. Very nice stay, but terribly expensive IMO.

Cozy and clean

This home is clean and cozy. The neighborhood is close to a school so you can hear the marching band playing outside. The home is nicely renovated. Our host was readily available which was reassuring.

No hot water!

There was no hot water during our stay. There was warm water that lasted about 8-10 minutes before it was gone, makes you wonder how clean the bedding and towels are.It took 2 phone calls and a text message before someone finally got back to me about the water issue and it was never resolved, we took luke warm and cold showers the entire stay. It's an old house so the floors creak very loudly. Something to consider if you are sensitive to loud noises. The beds were comfortable and the internet worked well. The tv in the living area did not work, even after we changed the batteries in the remote.

It was just as we expected from the listing, a charming, cozy, well renovated old home. It was just outside of downtown Raleigh and Carry which was the two areas we came to visit. We appreciated the extras of bathroom toiletries and kitchen spices. We would happily stay again.

Cozy Place for the Holidays!

My husband & our two school age daughters stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in Raleigh. The neighborhood was quiet. We drove thru a sketchy area to get there the first few times, but later took an alternate route. It was our first time spending Christmas away & I didn't want to stay in hotel. I brought a few small decorations & a tiny tree and it was nice & festive for us to have Christmas morning in our traditional way before heading to Grandma's house for lunch. This house was perfect. My girls & I loved the decor and it was very clean. So handy to be able to pack lighter & do laundry easily. Especially bc one kid got super dirty playing outdoors with her cousin one day. :) The kitchen has everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning, including a blender for our smoothies & protein shakes. Yay! Plenty of dishes, seating, dish towels, paper goods, etc. Every part of the house was attractively decorated. I would definitely stay here again.
