Welcome to your perfect beachside escape at 2/3 Pilchers Gap, located in the prime position of Sunshine Beach. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is just a short walk from the beach, with direct access 50m away, at the end of the cul-de-sac. This free-standing house is set within a complex of 3 with shared use of the 25m lap pool, outdoor shower, and BBQ area.
Only a short 6-minute stroll for coffee or cocktails over on Duke Street or enjoy an afternoon at the renowned Sunshine Beach surf club â all within walking distance. For boutique shopping, fine dining, and the pristine Noosa Main Beach, Hastings Street is a less-than-10-minute drive. Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation, a family holiday, or a friend's getaway, 2-3 Pilchers Gap is the perfect place to experience the best of the regionâs enviable lifestyle.
The Space
Nestled within a leafy street, when you enter the three-level house, you are entering your very own private slice of paradise.
Spacious and comfortable in equal measure, you are welcomed into the middle level of the property where the bedrooms reside. The master suite features a queen bed, aircon, walk-in robe, and ensuite. Here you can enjoy your private deck with garden access, or alternatively head up the spiral staircase to the main entertaining. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two double bunks. All bedrooms have aircon. On this level, you will also find the main bathroom with integrated laundry facilities.
Upstairs lies the heart of the home in the spacious open-plan living. The living space lends itself to conversations, afternoons winding down to a good film, or getting cosy in front of the wood-burning fireplace with a book or a game from the library. For those balmy Noosa days, you can put on the aircon but mostly you can simply open up the doors to enjoy the ocean breezes.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a comfortable dining area sitting adjacent. French doors open out onto the covered patio, where you can take in the stunning aspects of the sea and sky. Plentiful seating allows congregation and conversation to flow across the space. Here you can enjoy afternoon drinks over stunning sunset views, and then dinner at the outdoor dining table.
On this level, the abundance of glass doors, louvres, and windows bathe the timber floors in warm sunlight, while splashes of neutral interiors elevate the soothing ocean views. The interplay of indoor living and outdoor set the tone for nothing but relaxation.
Other features of the property include a remote access double garage on the lower level, complete with table tennis, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach cabana, beach cricket, buckets and spades for guest use, and shared complex use of the lap pool, outdoor shower, and BBQ.
