This modern yet space-savvy touch of living space is a perfect pick for coziness with its 3-seater sofa that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) crafted with plush cushions for your optimum comfort, while entertainment is just across the space with its flat-screen 50" TV, high-speed internet, a working or vanity space at the corner for total comfort whether for your running work errands or simply preparation area for your night-out party, and a dining space that is the perfect spot to bond while eating your home-cooked or takeaway food in a round table that is perfectly matched with its dining chairs for three.

Prepare delectable meals in an open-style kitchen with spotlessly clean modular kitchen cabinets that come fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (a stove, oven, cookware, microwave, fridge, and more). Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 2 minutes of Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from bus E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or runs, followed by a meal in the choice of the restaurants located there.

Business Bay has a lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.

This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Downtown is accessible by car within 2 minutes. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Bus F41 and X22 go to the Business Bay metro station. Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
