Nestled on Victoriaâs stunning Mornington Peninsula, this beachside retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation & convenience in the heart of Rosebud. Ideal for families, itâs part of a boutique complex with shared BBQ areas & a children's playground. The home is bathed in natural light, boasting open-plan living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, an internal laundry, & a private courtyard. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite, while the kids' room is a fun haven with bunk beds.
This family-friendly retreat offers the perfect setting for unforgettable moments together. With a kids' playground and shared BBQ facilities, plus your own private backyard featuring an alfresco dining area, it's an ideal spot for relaxed family dinners or a glass of wine under the stars.
Step inside to a bright, open-plan living space filled with natural light. Sink into the cosy sofa and enjoy movie nights or a quiet evening with reverse-cycle heating and cooling to keep everyone comfortable year-round. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, makes home-cooked meals a breeze when you're not exploring the nearby cafes.
The two thoughtfully designed bedrooms are perfect for restful nights. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom, with its bunk bed and trundle, is a fun space for the kids to unwind after a day of adventure. A family-friendly bathroom offers a combination shower and small tubâperfect for rinsing off the sand after a beach dayâand you'll appreciate the convenience of a washing machine for those longer stays.
Free on-site parking is included, but with the beach, cafes, restaurants, and boutiques all within walking distance, you might not need your car at all.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Onsite parties & group events are strictly prohibited. These include and are not limited to hens, bucks, schoolies & large gatherings.
