The space
**PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED**
A fully renovated home with six bedrooms, two of which feature their own modern ensuites, and an additional family bathroom, catering comfortably for 10 guests.
The open plan living room invites you to relax and unwind, flooded with natural light. The warmth of the fireplace will make those winter getaways extra comfortable and relaxing.
The stunning large alfresco area, seamlessly connected to the open plan living room is the heart of this magnificent home. Here, you can entertain guests, host barbecues and comes complete with its own well-appointed kitchen, ensuring effortless entertaining while enjoying the sounds of this coastal paradise.
The six bedrooms provide ample space for family and friends. Two of the bedrooms with ensuites offer a touch of luxury, providing privacy and comfort. The family bathroom boasts modern fixtures and finishes that exude sophistication and practicality.
Location is everything, and this beach home is just 300 metres from sandy shores with easy access to the beach for morning walks, picnics, or simply enjoying the sun and a swim. - Ample off street parking for your cars, boat and jet ski
- Ducted heating throughout for all year round comfort.

- Fully equipped kitchen & dining area with dishwasher, microwave, full sized
oven and cooktop.
- Kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, glassware, saucepans & all other
kitchen/cooking essentials.
- Hairdryer
- Linen & bath towels are supplied and must be left in the bedrooms or
bathroom on departure.
- Beach towels are not included.
- Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gels, Hand Soaps, Sanitiser and Toilet Paper provided.

Guests are able to use the entire house & gardens

Property MUST be left clean & tidy otherwise a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
