Newly refurbished modern apartment on the border of De Waterkant and
Green Point. Perfectly located within walking distance of the V&A
Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium and some of Cape Town's best restaurants,
bars and cafes. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the
world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. Relax in comfort with
everything you need. Secure parking, high-end finishes, fast wifi, and
aircon.
The Space:
The Docklands is a highly sought-after building with 24/7 security
access control and secure covered parking. The building features a
rooftop deck and pool with braai/bbq facilities and some of the best
views in Cape Town.
The area is one of the most vibrant in Cape Town. It's not unusual to
witness cultural parades buzzing with colour and music, Jazz festivals,
processions of excited fans making their way to Cape Town Stadium or
locals and foreigners alike taking advantage of the rivalry between
Cape Town's two great coffee houses, Truth and Origin.

* UPS for Router During Loadshedding: Rest easy knowing that
scheduled power outages (loadshedding) should not disrupt your WiFi
connectivity.
